The worst experience. I might jus given myself a pedicure. If you don’t want to pay extra for a “spa” pedicure they make no effort to take care of you. They used gel finish on my toes when I had asked Jell on my hands, charge $20 xtra for that. The nails not filled right, cuticles untouched, when asked to do a better job on my tired heals which are very dry from my pregnancy the mail tech flat out refused. I was so disappointed that I did not get my hands done either. I don’t recommend this place to anybody. The only good thing about this place is the location. Horrible experience. I went there with my sister and had pretty much the same experience with her nail tech. Nice way to grow your business!

please do not go to this place. they cut me twiced because they were rushing thru the process its like a fleamarket . everytime I go they find a way to overcharge for services but they are quick to take the credit card charge me for a full set for my daughter and my daughter ended up getting a fill not a full set. this nail salon is pure robbery . and the manager T is another thief.

The worst nail salon I have ever been to. Mike was supposed to do my pink and whites, this must have been his first set because he did nothing correct. They looked absolutely terrible. He argued with me about him putting acrylics on crooked and then was rude the whole time. DO NOT go there unless you want a crappy nails. I left in tears and they still made me pay because they don't understand what a satisfied customer is.

I have been coming to Anthony Vince for years. I love my NexGen nails by Samantha. She is the best. They last for weeks without losing any. She is amazing.

Sabrina is amazing with my gel mani/pedis! I've been going to her for years because she is very thorough and precise and makes the whole experience fun and relaxing. She's very sought after in the salon so you'll have to make an appointment requesting her. Seriously, I wouldn't trust my nails with anyone else!

Sabrina is a wonderful Eye brow technician. She is absolutely The BEST! I have been going to her for years & always get compliments from people. She is very professional & listens to what you want. 5 star!

I loved my gel mani/pedi. The whole spa package was amazing. I'm giving it 3 stars because the wine they gave was a bit on the cheap side and made me sick and it was a tad bit overpriced

This salon does not even deserve 1 star. Do not use this salon unless you are willing to have your nails ruined. First the nail tech was very rough and cut my toe cuticle too close. She filed the skin right off. When I told her I was bleeding and asked her to be more gentle she acted like she did not understand me. The pedicure lasted long6 weeks but when the polish was removed my previously healthy nails were deeply rough/jagged and spotted. It has been 3 months and i am still trying to get them back to healthy again.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. If there were a hollow star rating, you'd receive it. I tried you out for my first time Monday evening, well before you closed, and my middle nail broke off this morning. (I barely even did anything for it to come off - I pulled up my leggings and it just popped right off Nexgen is meant to hold for 2-3 WEEKS of applied properly. Let me mind you, I work in the cosmetology industry so I'm educated on how to handle customers, business, as well as how to provide decent, if not quality, service. I kindly returned to the shop today and asked to have my tech fix the single nail. He immediately got an attitude with me and told me to return in a month to get a full set (and pay for it all) until my girlfriend spoke up and he changed his response to "okay, come back in a few days." And continued to snicker to his coworker as we walked out of the store. Your shop is a disgrace. To treat another human being with such disrespect over a simple mistake AND fixture on your part is so sad.
SUGGESTION TO POSSIBLE FUTURE CLIENTS:

Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. This used to be the best nail salon in Welly under different management. So sad to see it go downhill with bad service and abrasive management. I will not be returning after years of patronage.

Went to Anthony Vince for about a year, was never truly disappointed with my service or nails, both were always great! I probably had half of the techs there, too! I must say thought- there aren't a lot of Nexgen colors which why I moved elsewhere. Other than that, they're an amazing facility with a fabulous staff. Would highly recommend.
