Traditional Italian style pizza, well executed. Sal is always running around the dining table room checking to make sure everyone is happy. 9/10 would visit again.

Authentic Italian food perpared by Sal himself. The service is top notch as well. Depending on when you go you may have to have a bit of a wait, but it is well worth it. Try the pizza!

Great place! Food outstanding! The owner Sal is very nice. True authentic New Jersey Italian recipes in St. Simmon. Very happy we stopped in, pleasant suprise. This is a must if you are in the area, honest.

We were on St. Simons and decided to try Sal's. Haley was our server and was great. The cheese sticks and pizza was so good. If you're around and want good NY style pizza, go see Sal.

Dinner and a show. What's not to love? One of the daily specials was lobster salad. Delicious! We shared that and a pizza and had a great time. Sit at the bar if you want to meet some interesting new folks. Washed it down with a Brooklyn Lager. Has a great New York feel to it. Will be going back!

You absolutely get what you pay for. Our waitress was on top of everything from our drinks to getting our food to us. The pizza is out of this world. We actually just randomly stopped in we saw it while driving! Best decision ever! Try the egg plant fries! 100% worth every single penny. I have been to way more expensive restaurants and had worse service and worse food.

Delicious! Great, friendly service and amazing food. I could eat at this place every day. We had the wings, cheese bread, and fried ravioli for appetizers. Waitress kept the drinks and waters going on a hot day! Had the Margherita pizza for the main meal, which was delicious and big! Will visit every time we're on the island and recommend to everyone.

Some of the best pizza we've ever had! The fried raviolis were excellent. Great atmosphere - my family said it felt like a TV show, the kind you never find in real life! And Sal is a trip! We loved it all!

Pizza was ok. I was told this pizza is so good people from New York even like it. I guess we are spoiled by better NY pizza in Raleigh, NC. I probably told the person on the phone 4 times that mushrooms are the most important part of the pizza. Of course they put pepperoni on the pizza not mushrooms. Anyways pizza is not worth the hour wait, but it is certainly better than Domino's/Pizza Hut. I don't have a better recommendation since I'm here on vacation, but I'd suggest trying another place.

What's not to like? Great food. Fresh offerings. Generous portions. Wonderful atmosphere. Staff interacts with guests. Inside dining is cozy. Outside dining is offered. Great wines and beers on menu.
