Marissa is amazing!! I went in there a little unsure of exactly what I wanted. I knew I wanted to end up blonde, but as a natural brunette with red undertones, I had already accepted that the process was going to be long. Marissa gave me a beautiful, blonde balayage that was even brighter than expected for the first session, but still even toned and perfect. She gave me an adorable, face framing cut and my hair felt healthier than it's been in a long time. My favorite two things about my appointment with her, however, were: first, that she used all organic and plant-based products and knew an extensive amount about each product that she used. I could tell she really did her research to find the best ones. Second, Marissa explained everything she was doing step-by-step and made me feel comfortable in trusting her to be creative and make my hair look amazing. Which she absolutely did!

The salon was extremely clean and comfortable! There was a big comfy couch and other seating. The decor was adorable and very trendy. The business is located in the center of Oakley/ Hyde Park and its super easy to find. The equipment they use is all very modern and they have a large wall of salon-approved products to browse through and purchase!

I have been going to Salon Two Thirteen since it opened, and have been going to Meg even before that. The salon atmosphere is relaxed and fun. All the stylists are very talented, but I absolutely love Meg. I always go into my appointments with ideas but not totally sure on exactly what I want my hair to look like. Every single time I leave the chair happier than the last. Meg is great at bringing my visions to life and making me feel absolutely beautiful by the time the appointment is over!
