Very friendly. Clean. Staff professional and knowedgable, on time. Have been there 6 or 8 times. Only bad experience was with a young manicurist who did a poor job and cut into my cuticle. Hairdressers very good. Massage offered but difficult to schedule.

Got a cut and dye here. The color turned out nothing like I wanted or showed in the picture but overall I enjoyed going here. The color still is beautiful I suppose. Chelsea really took her time with dying my hair and cutting it and did a pretty good job with the underrcut buzz. The staff is very friendly and they have decent prices. Only giving a three star because I'm pretty disappointed the color didn't turn out how I wanted.

Easy location to get to. Great staff - very friendly. They have hair, nails and massage options at a very reasonable price. I love the organic products they use and my hair color always lasts well into my next appointment.

Susannah - Inquisitive fingers tested follicular behavioral patters like a Biochemist with Pipettes. Her testing illuminated the best path to the most natural cut for my desired style. She developed a relationship with my hair in a short amount of time at a higher level of intelligence than I have ever seen in a salon. Amazingly, it gets better: Salons are too humid and I over-heat ruining the fun. I lightly mentioned that I was getting too hot in the beginning, and she immediately opened a window (in February) right next to my chair. She brought me a glass of ice water. She used just the right cool temperature to wash my hair (I like it very cold and she didn't even ask, she just knew - amazing that she could read me that well!). If another Salon in Petoskey thinks that they can beat this level of service - then by all means invite me. But I am not sure that's possible.

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time and I never can explain what I want and this girl took care of me. I love my hair! Everything from the complentary wine to the scalp massage and hot towel. I WILL be back!
