This company had been pretty good about returning emails and keeping contact about balances etc.

It's been over a month, no emails answered and every time I call it goes to voice mail.

Will change rating when I get someone to contact me.

My daughter went on a trip with her high school band booked through this company. All payments were paid by myself out of pocket. Her band account (monet earned by the students fundraising) was forwarded to this company with the last payment, with the understanding that the company was supposed to reimburse any money that was over the cost of the trip. My child had $345 in her band account, forwarded to the company and has yet to receive her reimbursement. Nobody from the company has returned any of the various messages left for them either. The only reason I am leaving a 1 star is so this rating will post.
