I end up at the Route 50 one day, having nothing to do what this business has to offer. I needed to print my Greyhound bus ticket ( the office at bus station which is near by was was closed for whatever reason). Once I walked the door I felt instantly welcomed. Regardless it was quite busy and after I explain my problem I was helped instantly. Whats touch me i was getting offered coffee and advise, being refused to pay anything for exchange. I think thats tells all. And yes, I got home safely. I can only imagine how are the really costumers are treated out there by the way the zone has the most beautiful little forest with the most unusual combination of the growth. Thank U Susan

It's ok! Storages have roaches. Made a complaint to the lady and she didn't believe anything I said. They make it seem as though their storages are perfect and in tip top shape! Some storages give you the option of purchasing storage insurance, this facility however, does not. If you have insurance you can show proof to avoid the $9 fee. The dog can be annoying too, following you and barking down the lanes. 🐶 Don't think he's friendly, Lol, he nearly tore the door down when I went to the office. Good thing it was locked!😲

Ok I don't even know where to start. These people are great! Susan Wilson at Route 50 Storage was so kind and understanding. I cannot thank her enough. Her compassion and professionalism is outstanding. She worked with me when times were very hard and I was not sure how I was going to make it. She treated my respectfully in a much more personalized manor, not just a business transaction. I would defiantly recommend using this storage facility. Thank you most sincerely again for all your help!

This place is the best! They are so willing to help out in any way they can. Units are clean and easy to find. Hands down this is the best storage place. I have a college kid that needs to store his stuff for the summer recommend this place!!

My fiance and I had just bought a house and needed to put our spare furniture in storage as soon as possible to start the renovations. We called on a Sunday and the lady was so sweet. She told us to come in an hour even though the business was closed and opened up for us. She helped us with all the paper work, gave us a tour, explained everything in detail. I love that you can access the units at anytime. I was so happy we were able to find a storage unit especially on a Sunday afternoon. We are beyond grateful she opened up on her day off to help us. I recommend Salisbury Route 50 Self Storage to all my friends and family. Employees are excellent, storage units are clean and excellent conditions. Thanks Salisbury Route 50 Self Storage!!

I would definitely suggest this place to anyone and everyone! Susan was a huge help and super informative, you couldn't ask for better customer service than her, such a sweet woman(: and the rates were in perfect range for me. As soon as I had called she went to clean the unit, when I got there to sign the contract and pay she was like super cleaning it and by the day I was moving stuff in everything was perfect and went smoothly. I'd give five stars every day if I could(:
