I would highly recommend Sakelarias Ford. From start to finish they were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Jeri was great to work with and I recommend her to anyone. They’re the absolute best in town!
Sakelaris Ford really helped us out of our situation. My wife loves her car. I'd recommend dealing with Craig or Charles. They are good people
They got me the car that I was looking for, and the experience was wonderful and fast, everyone is so kind. Its a very welcoming and a friendly atmosphere, not to mention they do amazing deals!! Highly recommend!!
Hello, I am writing to let you know about my experience with Sakalaris Sales Team in Camdenton, MO. I purchased a 2013 Ford C-Max, I was in the beginning very happy, however, those feelings quickly faded. My salesman was apparently let go or quit the dealership.
Why does that matter you ask? Because, after handling my sale, this salesman was suppose to fix a few things that were wrong with my newly purchased Certified Previously Owned vehicle.
I was not initially in the market to purchase a vehicle because the older model Ford car was still operational. I walked the lot browsing at what was available and what the price ranges. I wanted to be informed before the purchase, when the time arrived.
Long story short. I purchased and believed the salesman when he stated, "I will get this issue with the back seat lever not releasing, allowing the cargo space to become available and it will just be a matter of an appointment with the service department. Don't worry I will handle it!"
Another long story short, I returned and was given the run around and now they are informing me that I need to pay for the repairs after spending $14,000. on a CPO vehicle from their lot, which was apparently in a sub-par condition to begin with. It was my understanding that CPO inspection meant the vehicle was looked over with a fine tooth comb and the checklist meant these things are currently working. Well apparently this is not true. I was lied to by the salesman, and then another salesman. The managers have taken no interest in helping to resolve this issues. And now, to fix this problem in my $14,000. vehicle I have to fork over another $260.-ish, dollars to repair a brand new car???
Someone explain to me how that is even possible? I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle and I did not have any issues with my first purchase. I am still waiting for someone to step up and take care of this problem.
Lance at Sakelaris was great to work with. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership!
If I could I'd give this a zero! I was charged for two diagnostic procedures. Problem could have been taken care of with just one diagnostic and I told them I was aware of one problem before they even worked on car. After being given an appt 10 days out, I was put on hold the day of the appt for an emergency!! I paid $350 to have a new battery installed!! THAT IS RIDICULOUS! By the way, I've yet to get a phone call asking about my experience at their business.
Customer service is not that hard to accomplish. You're friendly, inviting, and patient. The lady in the front service desk possessed none of those qualities, and it was hard to tell what she hated more; her job, customers, or co-workers.
I do applaud the other staff in service who were friendly and courteous to customers, but unfortunately your merits are overshadowed.
Traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2017 Overland. Colette got me a good deal. The people here are patient and helpful. My new car is exactly what I expected. Thank you.
Exceptional customer service. We had a car towed in with transmission problems. The service writer, Tim, was very courteous and helpful. The car had not arrived yet and Tim took care of everything. He informed us that it may take a few days to get to it based on their schedule. We informed him that this was not a problem for us. He told us that the tow service could be added to our work order and that we could settle when the car was finished. We were contacted the following afternoon letting us know the car was finished and ready to be picked up. My wife went in the following day to settle the bill. She received superior customer service from the service, parts and point of sale employees. They explained everything to her with detail and friendliness. To her surprise, everything was covered to include the towing. One of the service employees took the time to explain the work done as well as looked at another issue we were having with door handles. Part of this work is part of a recall but part we will be paying to have done at the same time. We will continue to take our business here in the future due to the great customer service provided during this visit. We will travel the extra thirty miles to work with this great team of employees!
Customer care claims they don't have record of me despite purchasing my car there. After explaining they do then they find it. They wouldn't tell me if my warranty that I paid for would cover a blower motor resister after arguing he "found out he could check" then of course there was a deductible that costs more than the parts. This place lied to me when I purchased the car and has the most incompetent technicians I've ever worked with. Go to Hulett down the road or drive to a different ford dealership and don't take their word for anything get it all in writing
Bought a used truck recently. There was an issue after the sale. They've got some great people there and we got it all worked out! That's real salesmanship- To be able to work through, even the small issue, proves there are some good people there and I am very appreciative.
This place is a joke. The markups on their vehicles is insane and they absolutely will not budge a reasonable amount on any vehicle no matter what the actual value. The salesman I dealt with was the best part of an otherwise ridiculously comical encounter. He truly tried to get me a good deal and the sales floor manager refused to work with us. After spend nearly $40,000 at another dealership on my jeep I took to Sakelaris to have a seal replaced on my freedom top at which point I ran into the sales floor manager who asked me if I had bought it from them. I informed him that I did not and when asked why notI told him because they (he) wasn't willing to work with me. Guess that's a sale they were ok missing out on. Moral of the story? Do not waste your time, energy, or money in or at this place.
In regards to the service department..I can't say much about them either. I was informed that when the new deal for my top showed up they would call me to let me know. After a month of hearing nothing I finally called..the part had been delivered 3 weeks prior and no one had bothered to let me know. This entire dealership and the way they run it is truly infuriating.
Sales department is a joke buy a 40,000$ jeep once you sign the paperwork they give you a runaround like no other on the things they said they would do for you, like a new car detail, and they then say they won't do it for you, the very last car I will buy from Sakelaris, every other dealership I've ever dealt with acts lik they care after the sale, don't waste you time here.
Last year I got a 2007 Chevy Aveo. I love the little car and the color it was on a ford lot so they were looking to get rid of it. 1) book value was 3,500 they wanted 6,000. Took us ALL day and we only got bumped down to 5,000 with a three month warranty. 2) at the time I was a pregnant single mom they knew my current situation, I took the car back to the shop 6-7 times for the same problem. The car was fighting me to start. At the time I was arrogant and not thinking about taking her to another shop to be looked at. I wish I did because now today I found out the problem the whole time was the throttle body and now I need to dish out $500 to fix the thing they were avoiding to pay for. Even the manager of the auto department was very kind and trying to "help" said there were no problems. Maybe his employees were lying to him as well he seemed like a honest man to me. I saw it as I'm not making this up people I have a warranty for a reason damnit so fix it! By LIEING to me and screwing me over on this car I will never go back and will tell everyone looking for a car this story.
