  Buying with this dealership was a fast, fun and VERY easy process.
  
  My car salesman “John Mitchell” who has currently been working there for over a year and has had top salesman of the month November of 2017 was honest, and reliable... this dealer is a great car dealership and will help you out any way they can. John has great integrity and went above and boyod ON and even OFF his working shift to help me... car buying and selling at most dealerships is just a fast hurry up and buy the car and get out. But at Saitta I felt welcomed... I’ve been to many car dealers and know the ins and outs. And with Saitta buying is better, and smarter. Their team is smart and knows how to properly get the cars off the lot. Thanks John For the great and over the top customer service. And thank you Saitta for the beautiful Truck I bought!!

  We ran into an issue with a vehicle we had purchased from Saitta Trudeau. Mr. Trudeau sat down with my husband and myself and resolved the issue. Mr. Trudeau, Mr.Murphy, Mr. Waggoner and Mr. Jesse, were absolutley fabulous! Thank you all for your understanding of our issue and for resolving it!

  I had the absolute best car buying experience of my life you need to ask for a specific salesman his name is Brian. Truly I bought a fantastic vehicle at a decent price I was in and out in an hour the follow up has been fabulous. I would refer any friend or family member this will be my new car buying location. Please be sure and ask for Brian as he is the key to a superior car buying experience. Personally rather go for a root canal than car buying this was an awesome experience. Call Brian

  Highly recommend. I'm from out of town and had an intermittent squeak from the right front tire on my Wrangler that occurred only when turning left. They couldn't reproduce the noise so they sent the mechanic with me on a test drive. It took a good bit of off-road driving to reproduce the noise. They fixed the squeak for a very reasonable price and washed the Jeep too!

  *UPDATED: FYI - they are having their salesmen post reviews. Michael Barbeau was my salesman.* Do not purchase here. Sales pushy, even when you tell them EXACTLY what you have to work with. Received at least 6 calls on my cell and ON MY WORK NUMBER with constant "hope you're happy", "welcome to the family"; but then when there's an issue with the car (that I've had ownership of for less than 2 months), no response; physically go to dealership and it's "we have to look at it to determine if it's something we cover". Call on a Thursday, explain to service department what the issue is, tell them I can't drop it during the week because I work in Vegas and would have no way to get to work so I'm told to bring it in Saturday and drop the keys in the box. I do that - at 5:30 AM. Almost 12 hours later with no return call to the message I left I physically go over and my car hasn't been moved and service is closed. The owner/manager asks how he can help and I explain situation. Lo and behold, my keys are still in lock box from 5:30 am. I am beyond angry. What do I get from owner/manager? Being talked to like I'm a moron because I'm a woman and "Sorry". Completely unprofessional, unorganized, unhelpful clearly only out for the sale place. Would never buy from here again. Ever.

  I have bought 5 vehicles from this place and after my last transaction I will never go back. I will travel to Vegas. They are liars. Service dept is staffed with thiefs. I have bought 3 used cars here and all 3 of them I had to get the brakes done within a week of buying the cars, of course Saitta Trudeau wanted to charge to do it so I went elsewhere. I'm pretty sure there's a law about selling used cars with bad brakes, I know there is in Cali.

  They gave us an appointment right away, they figured out the issue with our Jeep at a reasonable price, they found and performed a necessary recall, they even washed the car! Great first experience, thanks.

  I tried to get my headlights replaced and they tried to rape me on price and labor. Avoid this place AT ALL COST. You will save a ton of money. Do your research.

  Your website reads that you are open on Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. My mother and myself drove down to your dealership today 4/2/17 ((Sunday) and of course found the whole dealership gated and closed all day.
  You either need to update your website or forget abut my business.. it was not only myself that wanted to stop by and look at a vehicle but there were several other customers that I had talked to that had gone to your website only to find the wrong information stated there.
  This is very bad business practices.

  Best Car Buying Experience I've ever had. Jason Chaplain was friendly, laid back, no pressure, and really went above and beyond to help us get a car. We ended up in a tough spot on a lease from a shady (completely different than this one)CHEVY dealership over in San Diego. We were way over our milage, and were upside down on the car and they helped us get the most for our trades,. I have less than great credit, and having a job that makes it tough to get financed, we had already been to several dealerships who didn't listen at all to our situation, and kept trying to get us into cars we couldn't afford. Jason listened from the very beginning, and came back with a ton of options even though we had already looked all over Las Vegas. I would highly recommend this business, even if you live in Las Vegas, It is 100% worth the drive out to get treated so well. There's a reason my grandparents have purchased 5 cars through them over 15+ years, they are the best around.

  Everyone is respectful and courteous, and they genuinely care for your needs. Jason Chamberlain and Tim Murphy were exception with service and attentiveness. Thank you, to all of the Saitta Trudeau team for a wonderful experience. This is our 7th or 8th purchase from them, since they opened their company in Pahrump, and we will continue to go back for every car need.

  After looking at vehicles and talking to salespeople at four other dealerships I went with Saitta Trudeau. Jason Chamberlain and Terry were a pleasure to talk to. Although other dealerships were much closer to me in Las Vegas and Henderson, it was worth the drive to get a good deal on a vehicle and actually have an enjoyable experience -- not having to deal with any slimy sales tactics like I experienced at two other dealerships. Next time I am ready to buy I won't have to talk to four other dealers because I will just come here again.
  
  Even my wife said to me, "That was so different than those other dealers. It was fun."

  I met Jason Chamberlain in May of this year. He is the best and most conscientious sales person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I needed a new diesel truck with specific equipment in a hurry and Jason delivered exactly what I needed on time. His attention to detail and follow-through was amazing! What I did not expect was how he followed up well after the purchase. I went back to Jason this December to purchase a used Jeep. Again Jason was amazing. He is a great listener and delivered exactly what I was looking for within my price range and expectations. He will always be the person I go to for new and or used vehicle purchases. I also very highly recommend the dealership and its dedicated and friendly staff. It is clear to see that people are very happy and proud to work for this company. Everybody is extremely polite, friendly and attentive to all of their customers. I never would have thought that buying a vehicle could be such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. These folks really care and it shows!
