Great company to rent with. No pressure and one on one service with the boss. Great location and no waiting. All very personable and they know the road. Very thrilled with everything including drop off at the airport.

I was pretty frustrated when a major car rental company told me that I was going to have to wait two hours for my reserved car. But the person at the counter called SNA, and they set me up in minutes with a car. I would give them a five star rating, but the car cost $60 more than my reservation, and I got a smaller car. Otherwise, STELLAR service!

The easiest car rental place I've ever dealt with! The staff are very quick. You don't have to wait long at all. They are very nice and accommodating and even help you with your luggage into the car. Our airline cancelled our flight and we had to book with another airport and the car rental place allowed us to bring the car back 4 hours later at no extra charge. Will definitely use them again when I come back.

I found my car rental through T-Mobile Tuesdays app. I was able to rent a Hyundai car at a 40% discount. When we arrived at the airport, looking for the rental place, they had a shuttle outside. The guy was very courteous and professional. When we got to the office, they were able to upgrade us to the Ford Mustang Convertible. It was a reasonable upgrade fee. I was VERY happy with SNA's service. When we turned the car in, they were kind enough to take us by shuttle, back to the airport. I highly recommend.

Amazing customer service!! Rides to and from the airport catered to you. You're not waiting for others and super close to airport and easy to find. Two minutes and they drive you back to airport in car you rented!

My wife & I have rented from SNA 3 years now (every October Grand parents Day week).
From the start, the service has been a pleasant surprise.
On arrival, they picked us up in the "Transportation hub" area in 5 minutes after we called from the luggage pick up area.
Since I am somewhat a walking handicap, I appreciate the less walking distance I have to do vs. the on-site rental companies check in process.
Return is very efficient too.
The big benefit we received is that when we return the car to SNA, they take us, in the car being returned, right to the proper airlines departure terminal and unload the luggage right there.
Again, this means a quicker, less walking, check-in. So very convenient.
Even if the auto rental rates were higher (in reality, they seem to be less), we will continue to go with SNA because of their service.
PS. A small caution SNA is not a 24 hour company.
If you need to return a rental before 7AM, the return process is different. You will return the car to one of the short term parking garages and call SNA to tell them where it is parked. An early, before daily business open time, eliminates the normally convenient return process.
PPS. Another small caution the cars that we rented were clean and functioned well but were not up to the "newness" that the Hertz, Avis, types rent.response / report this review -

Good price, professional people . Business owner or the manager was very helpful. He really care about his customer's opinion. You can actually talk to the manager quickly. I was worry when I read a negative comment. I am glad I tried it myself.

I have photographic evidence of a fairly well damaged car and specifically a broken windshield and damaged roof, door, hood, tailgate, etc. They took my deposit to pay for an already damaged windshield. The employee who answered my phone call denies any knowledge of having rented a can to my girlfriend and me, and proceeded to yell profanities at me. I've never experienced an employee acting that unprofessional on the job - anywhere. I am also highly suspicious that all of these other reviews are fraudulent. There exists software to alter one's outbound IP address, which will allow someone to repeatedly post reviews on one's own business or someone else's.

I'm giving SNA a 4 because of 1. Sightly cheaper than the big rental companies. 2. the pick up from the airport was quick. and 3. they have customer service actually answering the phones if you have a question.
The only problem I had with the car was it had a smell when you first got in the car.
I will use again but will ask for a car with a pleasant odor.response / report this review -

So easy, and helpful. My car broke down and I made a reservation at Enterprise. Due to being at the mechanics I wasn't going to make it on time to the Enterprise, they transferred my reservation over to the Airport Enterprise, but it was going to be over DOUBLE the price. I cancelled it, and quickly did some research, finding SNA. Easy, cheap, car was in good condition, friendly. I would absolutely recommend SNA if you are visiting Orange County, or you are a local!

The staff at SNA always look after me. I'm always in L.A for work and they are very flexible to my hours of when I need a car. Really great service can't fault them.

The minivan I rented was in excellent condition and the price was great. The guys were very nice to work with as well as professional. I will definitely call them again next time I need a car in OC.

A little car rental place that worked out just fine for my family. The rates were the lowest I could find. After arriving I called for a free shuttle ride to their office which is less than a mile away. No extra fees or nonsense other car rental places sometimes engage in. On return they drove us back to the airport promptly. I would return and recommend them in the future.

These guys were super friendly and accommodating to my needs. They were completely out of cars to rent except for a basic car but I wanted a nicer class car or nice suv but they didn't have any available. They called me back shortly and let me know that they just received a suburban and I could come in and rent it for a week at a great price.

We recommend going here for car rental. From other reviews we were put off by rental companies in the airport. SNA was fantastic. We arrived early, called them for pick up, they were there by the time we walked outside. Van was clean and drove great. Check in was easy and painless, we were ready to go in 5 min. Return was painless, it was while they were closed. We parked the van at the airport in a paid parking spot, called it in. Highly, highly recommended SNA!!
