  Servpro of west Topeka did my carpet cleaning. Tony was very professional and informative when he came out to write the estimate. The crew did a great job. I highly recommend them to everyone.

  When I spoke with Tony about a price he was very helpful. Then when Andy came to my house he was very professional and nice. Andy also did a really great job on my carpet!!

  Andy came to First Southern Baptist Church. He and the crew did a great job. They did the job quickly; we didn't have to do a thing but get out of the way. Andy was very courteous and explained everything. It would be wonderful if all service people were as courteous and competent as he is.

  Great job. Great service. Just nothing they could have done to improve how well they did. Andy Ferguson was great. He explained the process, called to keep me updated on their schedule, and checked on the drying progress frequently. Highly recommend.

  I highly recommend this company for water clean up. I woke up to a mess because the sewer line in my basement backed up and water flowed onto the carpet. I called Servpro and they were to my house within an hour to clean up. The crew chief, Andy, and technicians Dalton and Braden were all very polite and did a great job. They moved boxes from a nearby closet to check for water and cleaned that area as well. I didn't even realize water had gotten into that area. The production manager, Tony, even stopped by the job and spoke with me which reassured my confidence with the company. The service provided made me glad that I called Servpro.

  10/10 would definitely recommend. They are well priced and did not overcharge for unnecessary things as some companies do. They were able to take care of us fast and efficiently and even having to call them to come out more than once did not seem to be a problem. The guys who came out to our house did a great job as well. They worked with me on times and were always here when they said they would be. Great company, great staff.

  We had a house fire in January 2017. I called insurance immediately and then ServPro. Within a few hours, they had the house mapped, a plan with the insurance company, and went over everything with us. They helped us with many tips on documentation, pictures, and kept us up to date on all progress. Their crew was professional, respectful and prompt. Everything they said they would do, they did. If it wasn't something on their list, they helped us get it done. Our insurance company was happy we chose them, and so are we.

  I called and they said they'd get back to me. I received a confirmation email with a ticket number etc. Never heard back, after a week and a half I called again and they said they lost my ticket. They scheduled with me then called the day I was supposed to be meeting and rescheduled. They finally made it out on the second date and the project managed traipsed around my sodden basement then tacked the sludge through my house on his way out. When the clean up crew came out they were half an hour late. Not any one thing made it bad but taken in a whole they were not very professional.
