This place is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a diverse selection of food, gifts/little toys/etc.., a great alcohol selection including beer, and the prices are fair for the quality. Definitely worth a stop in, it's in a great neighborhood as well!

I'm American but have spent a couple years in Russia and this place is the real deal. For those missing the motherland and its snacks and food, this place is spot on and you'll get some friendly chit chat with the owners. For those who want an authentic experience, head ovet, buy some food and goodies and talk with Nikolai. His English is impeccable.

A true gem of a store! Friendly and helpful staff. Worth a drive from Chicago! You can even call ahead and order specific items for pick up. They have Russian and groceries including fresh meats and fish, fresh cheese and breads, and an extensive liquor selection, and an attached shop filled with Russian books, CD's, movies, jewelry, and collectibles. If you're looking for a specific item that they don't have stocked, they are happy and willing to order it. Love this place!

The food is delicious and fresh! There are no other store in the area that can offer Russian food with both of those qualities at the same time. In addition to that, there are a huge selection of unique qualitative liquor that has reasonable pricing (i.e. I always walk out with an impression that I got a deal). And, of course, there are a great choice of Russian souvenirs, books, and DVDs. The service is just exceptional! The sales people are always willing to help you with any question you could possibly have! If you are looking for Russian food, or just want to buy some beer for a party, this is the place I would recommend!
