  My son's wheelchair brake cable broke today so came here for help. We have been waiting for this part from the wheelchair company since September! They fixed it on the spot and even had a free cold beverages for us while we waited!! Great customer service!! We will definitely come back for our bicycle needs and his wheelchair first since they understand the importance of brakes for something with wheels!!!

  It started in 1984 I bought 2 bikes from Ben's dad, when we moved to Germantown we went to Emery's because we wanted to get to get some new bikes for my wife and myself, Ben and the the staff were so helpful and friendly they made the buying experience great with fitting and adjustments for 2 years. Since then my two boys have purchased bikes, bike racks, us too, I thought it was such a great family atmosphere I also purchased a treadmill, rower, elliptical, stationary bike and other bicycle accessories. Great bike store.

  Emery's is a nice small business with the focus on the customer. I had a great experience there buying my bike. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff answered all my questions and was not pushy. They understood that I was a recreational biker, not a professional. I go there for all my repairs and mantiance, they are always fast and accommodating.

  I always have a great experience when I go into this store. The employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made sure that the bike I bought was perfect for me. They care just as much about helping the casual rider as they do for the athlete. I would recommend them to anyone!

  Very helpful in purchasing a new recumbent bike. Friendly, go out of their way to fit the bike to the person. Can even test ride it in their large parking lot! I definitely recommend them. Bonus is knowing that they not only have a great retail business, but they also work with schools and individuals who have special needs, building bikes for them. Love it.

  Heres how my phonecall went
  Lady at Emery's: "Hi this is emerys cycling"
  Me: "Hi"
  Lady: "(no response)"
  Me: "um So well I need the gearing on my bike adjusted, do you have any idea as to how much that would be" (expecting a low number or free because it is just a simple adjustment)
  Lady: "$69"
  Me: "are you sure thats how much it is for a simple adjustment? Or how much would it be to just afjust the derailer?"
  Lady: "a lot."
  
  I hung up because obviously the lady does not care about the buisness or its customers.

  Great customer service very friendly. Was in town for a week and needed my bike so I could ride with the family and they had it done within 2 hours defiantly will recommend them
