  Order arrived quickly. Unfortunately one of the brackets was misshapen and needed to be replaced. I contacted customer service and didn't receive a ticket until a week later after I emailed them again. Eventually I called in and they were very friendly and mentioned they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer.
  
  After several weeks of waiting and occasionally prodding the service department (who continually said they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer) I emailed the manufacturer with a copy of the back and forth. The next day I received an email from the manufacturer saying the replacement was shipping out that day. This whole process took almost a month before the replacement shipped after I received the initial order.

  One star is a compliment. This company is a joke. Their descriptions don’t match their products. Ordered “polished stainless” running boards and received some sort of matte aluminum looking boards with a 6 inch stretch of “polished stainless” look in the middle. Called to return and was told I can’t return because they were unpackaged. Customer service guy says to leave them on and “learn to love them” or sell them on eBay for a loss. Don’t make the same mistake I did and avoid buying anything from this company!!!

  Ordered Lund step bars for 2020 Canyon. Installed pass side no problem. Driver side bracket on end of bar welded on wrong position and would not bolt up. Customer service no help even after I sent lots of pictures. Stay away from this Lund Products/ TRUCK HERO company spend your money some where else.

  I purchased a set of power running boards from Runningboard Warehouse and the purchase went quite smooth. I did have an issue with a faulty controller but i was able to get to a customer service rep named Vernisha who took the lead with my problem and solved it. Thank you Vernisha.

  Received our order and it was for the wrong vehicle. Directions don’t match the parts/boards. Called and they sent out the exact same wrong running boards as a replacement. Now nobody is answering my emails for a refund. Whole lot of time and money wasted on their incompetency and currently out $$$. I suggest you find some place else to order from.
