Was given an ETA of 1.5 hours for a tow truck that never arrived. I had to call back to see what was going on. Was told they didn't have the pickup address I texted to them.

This guy got in his truck and opened his door and hit a car with his door didn’t care. The people got out he still just left as if he dose this all the time. Be careful with people like this

Best of the best towing around. Most companies try to rip you off this guy will help you get through the problem. Rain or shine. He came quick. Gave me tips on what I need to do. Very nice guy. Will refer all my friends and family over

I called the company with questions in regards to roadside assistance. I was sitting on the side of the freeway in pouring rain in need of help, I thought that I had more gas than I did and I’m in a rental car that I’m not used to gauging- 100% my mistake yes, however these were very dangerous circumstances and Iwas trying my best to solve my problem. I asked him how much it would be and they said the price for 2 gallons, I responded if it would be cheaper if I could just get one because I am not in a place to be spending that much but also really needed to get out of the situation. The man on the phone responded if I wanted to put water in my car instead. I understand he thought this was funny but I was very serious and really not in a place for jokes nor was this a laughing matter when I’m trying to not get rear ended by cars going by on a wet, foggy freeway as I’m pulled of on a small shoulder. Thanks for being a decent human…… very unprofessional.

Will never use again. These guys simply just never showed up. Called several times to no avail. I'd highly recommend you to stay away from them. From what I notice, the owner tends to respond quite unprofessionally to most reviews on here as well. Take that as you will.
