  We recently purchased a rug for our living area at Rug and Home, but we were hesitant that it may not be exactly what we were looking for in that room. The sales representative was very helpful and assured us that it could be returned. The rug looked and fit the room perfectly! The quality was great as well. We are 100% pleased with the purchase and help we received. We plan another purchase for the bedroom soon!

  Rug and Home has beautiful rugs! I was able to order two custom sized rugs for my home. I had to call back a few times for status updates, but in the end, I received the special orders with no issue. I plan to visit again soon for another rug!

  The ads in TV are misleading. The rugs are expensive and the ones that they show for $99 , you can get those for $39 to $49 in other home department stores

  This store has a huge variety of rug styles and sizes to choose from. Best selection and prices of any store I've visited. Everyone employee (from forklift operators to managers) at this location is so eager to help. They want to help you make the best choice for your home. They even encourage you to go upstairs and look at the rug from the top floor so you get the "full experience". And once you get upstairs you will not want to leave. I love to walk around the entire showroom to get decorating ideas. Great place to shop! (And if by some chance the rug doesn't work once you get it homeno hassle return!) You can't beat that!

  Awesome store. Could honestly spend an entire day going through their massive selection of rugs. Found the PERFECT rug for our new house. Only disappointing part was the fact that I didn't find this place sooner. Store has great furniture as well. So fun!! Will definitely be back.

  Great selections of rugs and furniture not found in the regular big box stores. We were able to find 4 unique counter chairs for our new kitchen. Sales staff were very helpful. They even had a team to wrap each of our chairs in foam wrap to protect them for their trip home. I would highly recommend Rug and Home if you are looking for great pieces at reasonable pricing.

  Went in just to see what they had as I've been looking for a rug for many months and was blown away by the selection. The prices seemed reasonable and the quality was very good. I had plenty of help. The salesman was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I loved the ability to take home any rugs to decide within my own home and return them if dissatisfied. It really helped me make a good decision. I'll be back for more.

  Very satisfied with living room furniture that we purchased. Good quality for the money spent. Employees are very helpful and patient in working with you and selecting colors, textures that you like and that match well. Never felt pressured to buy. Highly Recommend,
