Honestly the fastest Ruby Tuesday I've ever been to! Pulled off interstate expecting it to take a while but it barely took longer than fast food!

We generally try a place twice, and tonight was their second shot and they missed it. The food was not good. The burgers were so dry you had to have a whole glass of drink just to eat a bite. Plus, they had absolutely no flavor. The service was awful. I had to ask for a refill, isn't keeping your tables glasses full in the serving 101 class? Then continued to sit and wait for our change while the server was standing behind the bar talking.

Definitely will not be back. The only part I enjoyed were the free biscuits.

We mostly do call in orders at this location, but have dined in a few times. Most of the time when I pick up my order Chris, the manager, and Michael, the bartender, are working and they are great! They are always smiling and willing to chat if I need to wait a few minutes on my food. I never mind waiting because they always have such great attitudes!

We have had a few good, but too many bad experiences at this location. For comparison, the salad bar, cleanliness, and cooking are clearly much better at the Ruby Tuesday Troy and Auburn locations.

Horrible place to stop and eat. We walked in and no one came to seat us, you could not tell who the employees were as no one is in a uniform. Walking to our booth there was food, straws and a huge mess that was clearly being ignored by staff. That should have been my first clue to turn around and leave. Once seated it took 15-20 minutes to get our water and food ordered, 45 minutes later the waitress says one meal is coming up and they are starting on the next one! There were only 4 tables of customers in there so it was clear they were not busy. Three of the four tables complained about time factors while waiting for their food, one table complained about the quality of food and lack of item and freshness on the salad bar. My husband and I, and one other table left before getting our food after wasting an hour there! I will NEVER recommend stopping at this location for even a potty stop!
