They were so nice and helpful here. My wheel snapped off my axle and I was not happy with the mechanic I had been going to. I was with my friend and he suggested Rt. 1 Auto because that's where his brother goes. Linda and Chris were both friendly and informative. Linda set everything up for me, while Chris kept me informed of all the work they had to do, roughly when it would be done. I hate going to the mechanic but Rt. 1 Auto made it a smooth process. I will definitely be bringing my car there from now on.

The people here are truly an amazing group. They literally saved our vacation. The power steering pump froze up and ripped the pulley from the housing. This was two days before we were to return to our home in Chattanooga, TN. They got to our car the first thing in the morning and had it ready by that afternoon. Plus it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I was so happy with the service. You can't go wrong with them.

I only called to find out if they do pre-insurance inspections. I got told "don't come today I dont have time". I said no problem would tomorrow morning work better. Rudely got told "I don't know I'll fit you in when I have time". Completely unprofessional (coming from someone who works customer service for a car dealership) and is willing to travel from Haverhill to Peabody to give you my business. Completely ridiculous have never even stepped foot in that building and already have a bad taste because of their customer service. So bad that I don't even know who it was I spoke with because they didn't bother to introduce themselves. Not a good first impreasion.

Larry and his team are great! My father was a mechanic so I know a good and HONEST one when I find one. I will drive over a half hour to go here only as they are that good. Will never tell you that you need something done to make money. Larry found the reason for the steering problem I had that no one else could as soon as he drove the car. That is when I was hooked.
