Great company excellent customer service the techs they sent out to repair pool were professional explained all issues in detail ..kim A+ and very knowledgeable from a to z did not hesitate fix issues . could not have made a better choice Royal Pool Thank you. Leo and veroonika

WOW! We do not even know where to begin to describe our amazing experience with Royal Pool & Spa, but we will try! We knew from the first time we met with Dan that we were in the best of hands. He not only caught our vision, but made it even better! Dan always had great professional insight on our questions, ideas and concerns due to his years of experience and knowledge of the industry. When things did not go as planned with the excavation, Dan took quick action and made the right calls to the right people to not only ensure we were able to complete the project, but keep us on schedule. We were blown away with the resources and networks he was able to tap into so quickly! His preferred vendors and subs were top notch- all respectful, professional and skilled. Dan is a master at coordinating so many moving parts and people- not an easy task! Royal's customer service is also top notch from the field to the office with excellent communication, quick response times and going above & beyond to make you feel as if you are there only customer (when that could not be further from the truth in the height of their busiest time of year!). Royal Pool & Spa has a great team inside and out that we cannot say enough good things about or recommend more! Our pool turned out better than we could have ever imagined and we look forward to years of fun memories ahead along and a continued service relationship with Royal. Thank you Dan and Royal for everything!!

Great company. Very prompt and replies fast to questions or concerns you have. I had a question about our new liner and they were out the next business day to check on us/it - I didn't even know they were coming. Really great service and super down to earth, honest people.

We had a huge demo and rebuild pool project that needed to be done by a certain time and Dan wasn’t shy about taking on the job. He was patient with working with us while we dealt with insurance claims etc. We know we made the best choice going with them, and transformation is absolutely breathtaking! We are forever grateful for Dan and his entire team at Royal pool & spa

I wanted to take the time to share our experience with Royal Pool & Spa, we had an initial consultation and training for 150$ where we asked for estimates on a concrete slab replacement. They estimated for the slab repair and for a replacement diving board and we responded after 2 days to proceed asking to put money down. After weeks of emailing, calling and asking for updates, offering to put money down in advance, we were either ghosted or if we did get thru there was no update. The assistant was very unprofessional. We were practically begging to do business with them with cash in hand. We posted a review, which was taken down because not only do they not respond, they don't want you to know how poor their service is.. Both my husband and I tried calling. We can even find the diving board we were trying to order online by ourselves that the assistant kept telling us was on back order. If you don't want a customers business just say so we are happy to spend our money elsewhere. Stay away!
