So I have worked for Stephen Harris for a year at this dealership, and I must say I have never in my 5 years of working at a car dealership seen so many fraudulent activities in my life. Everything they do there is considered "shady".
It was so bad at times when I had a customer, I would refer them to go elsewhere. Even though it wasn't putting money in my pocket, I knew the great people of Oneonta weren't getting it handed to them. There are some decent people there like some of the salespeople including Jim Westcott, Alberto Graham, Tony Ross and Brandon Shelley. Two good managers, Rob Howard and Scott Hinrichs. But for the other management, as in Scott Pickwick and Amy Williams will try to steal your money. All you have to do is look up Scott Pickwick and you'll know it's the truth.response / report this review -

They gave me a fabulous deal on my trade in. They put me in a brand new car.which I've never had beforefor only $20 more a month. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. Can't thank them enough!

Was told I couldn't test certain cars unless I would give my social and commit to buy. Terrible salesman. Lost 69, 000 dollar sale. Went to binghamton where I was treated better.😇

I am a 2nd generation owner of a family business. For over 30 years we have always relied on Ford products. When it was time to upgrade a vehicle I visited Royal Auto. As soon as I walked in it felt like I was a long time customer. They took the time to listen to what vehicle would fit my needs rather than sell me on what they wanted. The went out of there way to find the truck I desired . It truly was a hassle free process. Jimmy, Scott and Steve made me feel like family. I have purchased several vehicles over time and never had a buying experience this good. I would highly recommend Royal Auto and the Ram Truck product to anyone.
