  We were forwarded to this company from our coverage for our washer/dryer appliances with Home Depot & we had a wonderful experience throughout. They made scheduling a breeze & were able to come the following day which rarely happens these days.
  
  Our repair technician “John” was excellent, very knowledgeable, punctual & was able to locate the issue & order the needed parts to correct the issues we had.
  
  We will definitely reach out to him for any appliance needs in the future. Thank you again!

  Ordered parts from them twice. First time, I needed parts for a dryer, hours before they closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. Got my parts and was able to fix it before the holiday!
  The next was for a convection oven that parts are no longer available, when I went in, the owner took the time to take a picture of my part and specifications, then found the right part for me, at a reasonable price!

  If you need repair service for an LG appliance, I hope you have a better experience than I did. Our expensive LG refrigerator that is less than 2 years old stopped working. They told me that wouldn't be able to even get to it for a week. Ridiculous. Their customer service representative was very unprofessional. They canceled the warranty case without telling us also. Be prepared to be treated like you don't matter from this disreputable company.

  Thanks for your response. However, it would be helpful if you took the time to get your facts right before responding. I did not request same day service, LG did. Further, like any rational person, I was frustrated with your lack of ability to facilitate the warranty case you accepted from LG, and while I did express my frustration with your customer service representative, I did not use profanity. I do hope that you will take the time to get your information correct before reaching out to other potential customers, given your lack of ability to get this right, it does not come as a surprise that you were less than capable of handling my appliance repair. I'm sure that after reading this review, other future customers will take great care not to bruise any of your employee's fragile egos. I will never do business with you in the future, and I will pass my awful experience with your company on to everyone I know. Please don't apologize, it is an insult to everyone's intelligence to say that you care at all about the inconvenience.

  Outstanding experience. The water dispenser on my GE Monogram fridge was not working. They came and within a few minutes figured out the problem and ordered the part. Then within 2 days came back and installed it with no issues. Jon was the tech that came out and he was amazing, nice and knowledgeable. Love it when things work smoothly!!! I'll definitely be calling them again if I have any other appliance issues and highly recommend - try and get Jon to do the fix!!!

  This place is great. We have not needed them for several years but when our electric LG dryer started making a horrible noise, we knew who to call.
  
  I called on a Tuesday morning and Patrick was out by the same afternoon. He was prompt, friendly, and identified the issue quickly. He put the parts needed on order and let us know we would get a call when they were in. We received a call 2 days later (Thursday) to schedule the parts installation that afternoon. Patrick was on time and completed the repair.
  
  The charge was reasonable, and we appreciate the prompt service.
