I come to Roxsan very often and have always been pleased with the service and help I receive when buying my meds. On my most recent visit I went to find some meds for a chronic stomach ache that developed during the day while I was at work. The staff recognized me and were very sympathetic and understanding. They were able to recommend me a range of different over the counter meds which I hadn't tried before and they worked really well. I feel that their knowledge of the products they offer is a real plus point, and my experiences with them have confirmed my belief in this. It's certainly my first choice of pharmacy if I need advice about the best meds to use.

Tonight I arrived to the pharmacy 1-hour after they closed, I forgot to pick up an important medication for my wife. I called the main line on a prayer -- and somehow was then connected to Farbod, who was already more than an hour a way. Twenty minutes later, however, Farbod managed to have one of his pharmacists leave his dinner and come back and open the pharmacy just for me, to pick up this medication for my wife. I was really shocked that anyone would actually go out of their way and try and help us. This kind of personal attention and care will not be forgotten, and is something you would never, ever get from a RiteAid or CVS. Thanks, Farbod.

We recently received more medication than we were supposed to by delivery. We called immediately to let the pharmacy know before we opened anything. They said we can not take it back, and we must pay for it because by law, nothing gets returned. We contacted our credit card company for buyer's protection. They asked Roxsan for an explanation and THEY LIED! They said we knew about the number of boxes and we agreed to it. After spending thousands of dollars there, they were willing to lie about less than $200.
