  This is a fantastic pharmacy. It is not the same as a CVS or Walgreens. they have excellent customer service. Plus they have small files for pills, which are not available at the larger pharmacies. If I lived in the neighbourhood this would be my regular pharmacy, unfortunately do not have one in downtown Los Angeles.

  I normally fill my prescription at the Horton & Converse at St. John's. However, for the first time ever, today they were out of stock for the medication that I take each month. After much debate, I decided to not even try the larger chains (CVS, Walgreens), so I drove a little further to H&C. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and within 10min I was out the door.
  
  I suppose if there was one negative, it's that their systems aren't connected, so they had to redo my insurance information at this location. But, considering it takes all of 30seconds, I wouldn't even consider it a downside.
  
  If you haven't tried H&C yet, I highly, highly recommend giving them a try. You really can't go wrong. They're friendly, fast, & have a personal touch that you just don't get at the big chains. I will definitely continue using H&C as my main pharmacy, & it's nice to that that I can get the same service at another location. Keep up the good work!

  They are the best! I came from cvs- they have my things ready, make calls and I'm not in line at all. Anyone complaining about the insurance issue-that's their policies. Go to another pharmacy as I hate when people review a place bc of insurance. I've had a problem once with my insurance and I've been with my insurance long enough to know they suck
