The experience I had was limited, but Amazing!
TLDR: My case ultimately wasn't worth brining to court. But even with that being said the staff never let me feel like my case was unimportant, they worked quickly, and It was quite obvious that they care about their clients, and the situations they find themselves in.
They took the time to explain what had happened in my case thus far in regards to the courts, and also told me my options, and their professional opinion.
I will really remember how they made me feel, especially if I'm ever in need of a lawyer again in the future.

Gosia Zawislak was extremely knowledgeable and reasonable in her approach in handling my situation. She was influential in communicting the facts involving our debate which ultimately led us to a favorable settlement and the recovery of legal fees. Her fair-minded approach in negotiating my settlement helped contain the legal costs for both sides and the unnecessary delays in reaching a timely and favorable settlement. Needless to say, her judgement and advice in managing my legal matter was greatly appreciated by me and my family. Thanks a ton Goosia!

I explained that my previous employer had fired me and then didn't pay me for the hrs I worked. to clarify, today is payday and I wasn't paid, which means I have no money for a consultation fee.

Well I don’t know about you, but when I got to the harsh reality that I needed to retain a lawyer to start the process of divorce from my now ex-wife it was a tough decision. Everybody hopes and dreams of having a simple and amicable divorce the reality is tensions are high feelings are hurt both parties feel like the other owes them something. That’s where Stacy at Rowley Chapman and Barney came in. I was impressed after the first time that we met but like any business transaction I wanted them to show me not tell me what they were going to do for me. I can gladly say my divorce went better than I hoped and his final and I couldn’t avast for a better crew thank you Stacy thank you Beverly and thank you Amy and everybody else who helped me through this difficult process. If you are thinking about getting divorced and you failed to call this company you’re wasting your money.

Over the past four years I have relied heavily on attorney Kenneth Barney and his legal assistant Mary Bragg for legal advice as the sole successor trustee for my parents trust. The trust was created many years ago and while it was a solid document, it was complex. After each of my parents passed, both Kenneth and Mary were my guiding light.
