The people are so friendly, and they really know bankruptcy. I was embarrassed and scared to call. They made me feel better about the whole situation. They talked me through feeling ashamed, which was more important than how to file. The actual filing was a lot easier than I expected. I called one day, and filed the next, to stop a garnishment. It only took about an hour and I did it over the phone. I never had to go to the office. The lawyer was really cool. It was really easy and made me feel less bad about doing it.
