  Employees were gathered towards back of store,talking about another employee
  They were using inappropriate language as their were customers shopping and children around. Also, employee taking care of fitting room having a conversation with another employee about children being unattended by parents, and how they couldn't believe that kinda people shop at Ross, people who couldn't take care of their children. I can over see the messy store but employees not been respectful of their customers is unacceptable and very poor management

  Best deal ! but they're not really organized so it takes time to find one, I like it tho very good deal! They need to hire more people whenever I go only two cashiers are available or just one and they are always busy... line is too long

  Good Store and good prices, but last visit was very unpleasant, watching what it seems to be a supervisor given a lecture to a young employee in front all the customers, i don't know if she was right or not, but nobody have the right to humiliate anybody, wonder if they have a training to teach them how to treat their employees and create a good work environment

  Horrible ... They over changed my CC and could not produce A receipt and didn't credit it back so I was unable to purchase my items my cars declined

  Need more staff.Store was trashed even though the staff was picking up it still was a mess.On the other customer service was great.

  It has lots of clothing options and other house accessories. I like how big and roomy the store feels.
