This particular establishment(there is another in Yucaipa nearby and a smaller one as well take out mainly) has the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long while. Oft times they get the order wrong. Main problem is they fill orders out of order. Last visit I counted 9 people who came in and ordered after I did and left before I did. This is a common occurrence. When I asked them what was going on and informed them of the 9 people they went in back to ask.I watched and saw they hadn't even started my order yet. My wife went in and ordered her meal with chips and salsa. When she got her order the chip bag was only half full of chips (shorted us chips) when she asked if she could get the bag filled, I assume it was the manager.stared at her when the employee asked the cook for more as if to show his displeasure in what she was asking. Is it too much to expect that we get what we pay for? The waiting forever due to orders be fulfilled out of order happens too often and keeps us from wanting to go there. They act as if they don't really care and the manager seems disinterested in customer service.

This was my first time here, the cashier was in such a rush that she charged me incorrectly, and gave me the wrong order. When i returned for the correct order, she again handed me someone elses order, befpre quickly saying, "wait thats not yours, sorry". Finally getting my food, everything was in a single section box. Beans melted over my rice, enchiladas are greasy and mixing with everything. completely disgusting. Waste of time and ruined my appetite. Thanks.

Really like this place but was angry when I ordered to go a jr shredded beef burrito rice beans and cheese so I go home to get a bean cheese burrito w/ onions to top it off. I hate onions!!! Now to drive back to fix order with these crazy gas prices.won't be coming back here, guess I'll try Yucaipa better see if they get orders right?

They have amazing flour tortillas. Wasn't impressed with the chile relleno burrito. I ordered it without chile verde because of the meat🤔 I was literally waiting to bite into the chilenadajust some rajas. Ohh well, the beans and eggs were good.

First time eating here and last. Ordered 3 tacos, a burrito and a nachos and the total was $29. Really? Why so expensive for trashy food. The nachos looked like someone poured cans of product into the container, the chips were mushy and the burrito was tiny. I am posting a pic of the nachos because I really can't believe anyone would serve something that looked like this. I only waited 5 minutes before opening the box so it wasn't sitting around. I will drive into San Bernardino or Redlands and eat some Amapola, this place is terrible.

They do not charge what the sign sayssign said 2.99 and they charged 3.50 when I ask them why they said they haven't changed the sign yetfour different employees heard me and no one did anything, not any of them said they will give me the difference back..this is illegal!! They have to charge what sign saysthey don't care!! Never going back and I will tell my friends

3rd time in recent weeks I have called orders in . I was told 15 min but waited 45 min to get my food after paying . Then order us rushed and always incorrect. Very unfortunate used to be a good place .

Very good. You must try it. We have lived here for 3 weeks and have eaten here 4 times. I understand there is one in Yucaipa too, but we haven't eaten there yet.
