Simply great breakfast, and no better place to enjoy than Islamorada. Cute railroad car long room with family tables, and of course outside tables available too.

The best coffee in the keys. Midway is just off the side of the road in Isla Morada, its brightly colored and run by a lovely woman who really takes care to make sure you have a good experience. Order a Coconut Mocha, its pretty much vacation in a cup and what I get every time I am there.

Cute and quaint little roadside cafe, smack dab in the middle of US 1 in the Florida Keys at MM 80.5. They have a breakfast and lunch menu to choose from. Not sure if there is a dinner menu. They have a full coffee bar with an array of options to choose from including cappuccinos, frozen coffee drinks and a simple good ole cup of coffee. You will be welcomed at the door by a smiling employee, faced with an elegant dessert counter filled with Key Lime pie and other fresh pastries with the blissful aroma of fresh coffee. There's a little gift shop here too. Outside and inside seating and dogs allowed outside.

Absolutely love this quaint little restaurant. You can eat inside and enjoy the homey atmosphere or choose to eat outside and feel the nice breeze of Islamorada. It's breakfast and lunch all day, which is nice. The food is spectacular. But the coffee and smoothies are mind blowing. Definitely making this a morning stop!

Eating in the Keys is always an adventure as well as hard on the wallet if your stay is extended. But this little cafe thats situated in the middle of the road is to cute not to pass up!
It's a order and sit type of cafe and situated longways. You order when you walk in then find a seat. With its neon green paint an purple and pink accents, it's eccentric nature pairs hand in hand with the delicious fare. You can get goat cheese egg pitas, cold brew chi coffee, and more.
Seating can be hard to find because they stay busy during peak meal hours. But it's worth the wait and food comes out fast. That's the only reason for a 4 star.
For those picky eaters, get the egg plate for a traditional breakfast. I don't think it's on the menu but my son got it and loved it.response / report this review -

I'm so lucky to live so close to Midway Cafe! It is truly one of my favorite local restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Nicole and her staff are always so welcoming and friendly, service is super fast and food seriously delicious! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Beautiful restaurant with great choice of food. Love the ambiance here. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is all very colorful. P.S. You also get some pretty good souvenirs and art pieces here.

Went here twice for breakfast while we were on our honeymoon, we both loved it! It's a great stop for a quick bite to eat or take your time and enjoy the beautiful weather.

This is a piece of gem in the middle of nowhere. We were hungry, leaving the keys behind us when we found this amazing place. They serve very good breakfast. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

This place was so fun and colorful. The food was good and the service was absolutely so nice. Everyone tries to call you by your first name and is just such a joy. The belgian waffles were delicious!

Small coffee shop and diner on the side of the road. Service is incredibly friendly. I felt a very family atmosphere as soon as I walked in. It's no big inside so you have to like tight spaces. They have a full service coffee bar and the coffee was great. Food is not phenomenal but it's good and will fill you up.

This place is amazing! The service is wonderful, and the food is even better! My family stopped for breakfast here and it was so amazing, we had to go back for lunch. They treated us so kind. I will stop here every time I come down!

Place is awesome. Even have some gluten free muffins (I had blueberry)(Update..Came back this year and they don't serve them anymore. I cried. I was only looking forward to the muffins). Salsa is awesome. The apple juice is divine and the staff is the friendliest ever. If you don't stop in this place while you are here you are just down right stupid. Love it.
