Rosemary and pepper did an excellent job creating a beautiful bouquet for my wedding day. They were great communicating with me to get the prefect presentation for my wife and were discreet in getting the flowers to me (at my request). The flowers brought tears of happiness to my bride and all her bridesmaids. They do exceptional work and are very professional.

Had a unfortunate miscommunication and was given false information that WAS NOT Rosemary & Pepper's fault. The Owner called me right away and even though they were closed for the 4th of July she went out of her way to correct the mistakes and also went above and beyond to make it right! They definitely deserve this 5 star review thank you for everything!

WOW! These folks are amazing. As only a part time resident in Gaylord I had gotten into town and needed some flowers for a birthday. They were able to put together a beautiful arrangement in an hour; not that they weren’t a little busy already since it was homecoming weekend!! Showed them a pic of what I was looking for and they nailed it! This is the only florist I will use and highly recommend them. Their product is great but their service and care for the customer goes above and beyond.
