Ok mex/? ground beef tacos. Tortillas when hot are the sht fahita is the way to go

It's ok. Food was somewhere in between a Mexican restaurant and Taco Bell. Not bad. Not great. Not sure I'd call it "authentic" Mexican food. Pretty decor. No service though. You order at the front counter then wait for your number to be called. Self-serve salsa & topping bar and bev station too. I had the "street tacos" (the "steak" ones) which were very Americanized. The "steak" is tough. Rolled up in large flour tortillas. Cheese and other non-traditional toppings added automatically. My friend ordered an enchilada platter, which he liked. Prices were decent. A petrified teenage gringo manned the counter. Couldn't answer any menu questions. Like I said it's ok.

This place is always clean n food is good, family friendly, not formal, drive thru also, catering. Just a great place for fast food.

My daughter loves Rosa's! The food is very good and the prices won't kill your budget. Be sure to take home a dozen of their fresh tortillas!

I'm not quite sure how this place has such good reviews. The atmosphere is very cute but the food is so bland. They had our food ready before I could even fill our drink cups so it wasn't too fresh. My taco shells were broken and it hardly had any seasoning. Not authetic at all. They had a huge salsa bar that looked so good but non of it was! Very disappointed.

Very fast!! Easy to go to for a work lunch. They have the Best Taco Tuesday deal in town it's under $5 for 3 tacos with rice and beans.

Whenever my wife and I go to Temecula and we're hungry, this is the spot we hit. Their tortillas are always fresh, and their food is on point. As soon as you park, you can smell the wood-fired grill/oven they use, so you know their meats are going to be killer. Their fajitas are the thing to get, especially their steak. If you have 4 people to share, get the family fajitas. Good price for the amount of grub you get. Make sure you top it all off with their fresh salsa bar. You won't go wrong.

It is a most pleasant dining experience for young families with children. From the pleasant decor to the great variety of delicious food entrees to choose from at reasonable prices, you'll love it all at Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory. Oh, I forgot, the food is fresh, full of flavor, and served in large portions you will enjoy!!!

Food and the atmosphere is a great place to eat. It doesn't take long to wait on your order. I hope that someday they will consider opening a few of these restaurants in New Mexico!

Stopped by here on a visit to Temecula and was extremely happy with the food and atmosphere. Would recommend this place to anyone that loves great tortillas and Mexican food!

Decent food. The soft tortillas are really good when fresh and fun to watch being made. I would not call it authentic Mexican food.
