  I won a contest and Rosa's came in and cleaned my house and they did an absolutely amazing job. They scrubbed the hard water stains out of the tubs and made quick work out of it. They went above and beyond when they cleaned my house. I would recommend Rosa's if you need you house cleaned. They are professional and very friendly.

  Highly recommended. Cleaned the medical office where I work at and he did a fantastic job. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, he was flexible with our office schedule and even left the fans over night to make sure our carpets dried thoroughly before clients came in. Everyone else in the building were also impressed with his work. Definitely not disappointed and will use again!

  Rosa's provides excellent, professional, and reliable cleaning service for the 30,000 square-foot multi-use building I manage. If we ever (rarely) have a problem - or, more often, a question or request - I can always get in touch with Juan right away and he always makes things right and/or helps out. I am very happy with Rosa's thorough janitorial services, and the ease of working with them.

  I went with Rosa because he answered the phone when I called. With out-of-town guests coming, I needed to schedule cleaning asap. Rosa was extremely professional and worked with my schedule to do a walk-through and discuss the additional carpet spot cleaning job. (the four other companies with whom I left a message never even called me back) He quoted a reasonable price for both the deep clean and spot treatment(w/ no guarantees). He was flexible with my schedule and showed 5 min early for the job with himself and two others bringing all their own equipment. The team was fast and efficient and did a thorough job in just over 2 hours. I did a walk through with Rosa and was impressed with the work, and he even got the carpet spot(dog urine) to come out! I left his team a tip too, they earned it! GREAT WORK GUYS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND A++
