The Waterfall Creek trip was such a fantastic experience! It’s so amazing to be in a place where humans are not the top of the food chain. ABAK provided a knowledgeable guide (Arthur) who dearly loves these animals and this place and was anxious to share this world with us. The bears were gracious enough to allow us a glimpse of their home. I can’t recommend this trip enough!

We really enjoyed the Mendenhall Glacier tour with Cash and Haley. They were super great guides and really went out of their way to make our trip exciting. The equipment included in the trip (canoe, rain gear, etc.) was top notch too. I certainly recommend this company and team.

We did the Mendenhall Glacier Trek. The hike was wonderful and the views were breathtaking. It was a strenuous 8 mile hike but was a ton of fun.
On to the tour guides. Dane and Hallie were 2 of the best tour guides I've ever had. They were fun, patient, and super knowledgeable. They helped make sure our group had a great time.
I recommend this company and their tour guides anytime you are in Juneau!response / report this review -

ABAK was amazing! Loved the trek/ paddle. The crew was amazing. Especially Cash! The excursion was well guided and the snacks were amazing! Keep up those Costco snacks! I got back in time for my cruise as well.

If you can afford the Pack Creek Bear Tour, DO it! I took my adult son and we had such an amazing time. We saw a total of ELEVEN bears (my son & I spotted 2 just as we were about to land, that only we saw). Philip our pilot was great too.
Words cannot describe what this experience was like. Everything from the flight views, to touching down on this special island, hiking through the rainforest & then hiking to the Pack Creek viewing area. Kristen (our awesome guide) said it was a 1st for her that we actually came upon a bear just as we were getting to the viewing area. Mallory & Rose were great as well. Such a beautiful experience.
I never felt scared because I was too much in awe of being there. Thank you, from Kat & Noah!! Bears are my favorite animal & you made my dream come true. 🐻💛🐻response / report this review
