I gave two stars, the vet did call me and I thought that was great to see why,I explained and they understood, that was impressive to me, some issues with communication and some miss understanding s, that I will give her a 5 for caring so much.

We switched the care of our 4 dogs to Dr. Tiffany and the Rootstown Veterinary Hospital a little over 2 years ago. We have been nothing but pleased with our decision to move their care there. The clinic is clean, spacious and state of the art in technology. The staff is professional, caring, organized and accommodating. I can't say enough about them! But more importantly, I can't say enough about Dr. Tiffany and about how absolutely wonderful she is. She's knowledgeable, always has the best interest of the pet and the owner in mind and couldn't be more caring. Just a few days ago we had to lay our beloved 17 year old dog Bandit to rest. I can't say enough about the caring, help, and assistance that EVERYONE involved put in to making this situation as easy on us as possible, but more importantly our sweet Bandit. Dr. Tiffany is simply the best!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Tiffany and her staff! I run a small scale German Shepherd Rescue, for dogs with more severe Behavioral Issues. My hubby and I also own quite a few critters of our own. ;) Dr. Tiffany has ALWAYS been there for our rescue and our personal dogs, making sure they get whatever they need! Herself and her staff go above and beyond, to make sure the dogs are healthy and happy. She also takes the time, to answer any questions I have, which you just don't see in Veterinarians these days. Her facility is always clean and smells great. Plus, if you need a little energy boost, she has juice boxes in the fridge for her customers! Ha. :) Overall best Vets office I've ever been to and I wouldn't go to anyone else!

I am so appreciative to Dr. Tiffany and the staff at Rootstown Vet. Our 11 month old Boxer mix was brought in on emergency after already seeing another Veterinarian who said he was fine. We unfortunately lost him due to seizures and a neurologic disease. Dr. Tiffany did everything possible for us and was compassionate to our situation. We will always bring our furry babies to them from now on!!!

Rootstown Veterinary is absolutely wonderful. We adopted a cat who ended up having a LOT of hidden health issues, so we've been here a few times getting everything sorted out, and I have nothing but positives to say about the whole experience. Dr. Drach was really great about explaining what was going on and what our options were, and she didn't push for any excessive testing, unnecessary products, etc. She and everyone there are always so good with our grumpy cat, and you can tell they really care about the animals. (Everyone is also really friendly and helpful when interacting with humans, too! :P) Plus, prices are really reasonable. I've been recommending Rootstown Veterinary to all the pet owners I know. If you're looking for the best care for your pet, look no further - go here.

It was a priority that I establish a ongoing relationship with a Veterinarian for my pets when we moved here 3 years ago and I was so happy to find Rootstown Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Drach and her staff are friendly, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Their dedication to helping animals is evident and I trust them with all my pets needs.

The facility is clean and the diagnostic tools are state of the art. Having a groomer, boarding facility and medical care at one facility is very convenient.
