My girlfriend who loves to cook said she could get lost in this place. They have such a large assortment of items, you're bound to find what you're looking for!

Overwhelmed! Nice shop. Tons of cooking/baking items. Pretty much anything a cook could need. So many things, though, that it's pretty narrow and very visually busy. I was not looking for anything particular, so ended out wandering aimlessly. Went downstairs for coffee and a cookie before we left. They also offer light lunch items and have a little wine and deli area. Baked goods were very good. Coffee was very strong. (I like a milder blend, so went for the medium--rather than the bold or dark roast--but still found it VERY strong.) Great if you like strong coffee. Nice little picnic tables near the river, so a sweet place to have your coffee and sweet treat.

Fantastic espresso beans, roasted right on the premises. Also, quality chocolate, toffees, imported cookies and licorice, and other deliciousness. Nothing here is cheap but the quality is worth the expense. I've stopped buying coffee from anywhere else.

Outrageously great place for finding cooking and kitchen things. Lots of dishes and glassware as well. Then there's the many unique food items, great coffee and CHOCOLATE! Not cheap but you get quality for the price.

Such an unexpected surprise while out and about. High prices but nice items and decent selection. The staff was helpful but not friendly.

Nice store if kitchen stuff is what you're into. They did have some decent chocolate.

Rooster Brothers is always a fun visit. Good coffee, wine and lots of great cooking and dining accessories. I really enjoy their coffee, either by the pound or brewed.

Love from NYC~! Great house roasted quality beans. Baked goods are oven fresh and delicious. Warm welcoming service by its charming staff to top off the experience. Definitely stop by for a visit when you're in the area!

The employees could be more friendly to their actual local cooks and chefs. After my experience I talked to my coworkers and some of them had the same experience as me which was snobby employees that followed each of us around bc we were dressed like normal ppl who got out of work. Take note employees bc I would have spent some real money on stuff had you not been such rude employees.

Stopped by for my first visit while returning home south from Bar Harbor.
What a wonderful place, wish there was one in Virginia. I will return for another visit anytime that I am in the area. Excellent products and selection. Nice selection of wine and gourmet items. I highly recommend. The folks there were both helpful and friendly.

As we were driving through we heard a commercial on the radio for Rooster Brother. It sounded so delicious we had to take a small detour to fuel up on caffeine. It was TOTALLY worth it. Roasts were magnificent in body and flavor. Theres benches and chairs on the lawn faxing a lake with ducks! So quaint.

Everything upstairs is gorgeous kitchen wares, and downstairs you'll find gourmet foods that no one else in the area sells. Coffee and sandwiches for eating at the picnic table. Great service.
