1st time I used their service, vehicle broke down on state route 93, Dean showed up promptly & had me & my vehicle home safely in no time.
2nd time, keys were locked in a vehicle, again friendly Dean efficiently unlocked the truck w ease!
3rd time - vehicle had no battery & needed towed out of an unsafe environment, AAA had Ron's there within the time frame specified (3 am, thank you so much Michael) & towed it to their private lot & kept it safe, until I was able to meet a driver to get it out! 160.00 & all my personal belongings were exactly as I left them! You all really helped
me that night, & I thank the owners from the bottom of my heart! & I would recommend a raise to your drivers for their consistent dedication to your company. .

We at Rons garage take our jobs very seriously. So if you have any reason to bash us on public media feel free too, you have the right but please put your correct name and stand up for what you put out there for everyone to read but make sure your story is correct before doing so. We have security cameras inside and outside of our facility for our safety and our customers. This is to make sure our customers can feel safe with leaving there cars with us. With the cameras it does have audio so we can hear everything that is being said. Our cameras record 24 hours a day 7 days a week. So yes if your car has been damaged we will have it on camera from the time you drop it off until you pick it up.

MINUS 5 STARS!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!
Was told by the older female who answers the phone to bring our car by & the tech would drive it & tell us what was wrong with it at no charge. She gave us a verbal estimate for the repairs we thought we needed & told us we would receive a written estimate after they drove the car. We thought great. We dropped off the car in the morning to them & was promised they would drive it that afternoon & then call us prior to performing any work. When we dropped it off we were met by a surly, rude, older male. We should have taken that as a clue to the service we would receive. To make a long story short.after waiting over 24 hrs after we were promised a call about the car, we decided to drop by the shop. Our car was up on a rack & we were informed that there were mechanical issues with the car that we knew wasn't wrong. We told them we were going to take the car elsewhere. The surly, man who said he was the owner/manager told us the charge was $25 or we couldn't have the car. We paid him even tho we had been told they would diagnose it for free. Upon getting our car we observed physical body damage to the passenger side of the car as well as the passenger rear bumper had been scraped, dented & the tail light lense cracked. Surly man denied damaging the car & we were ordered off his property. Body damage to the car is approx. $1800. BE WARNED!!!
