  We have used Romney for 16 years. They have always been friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. Charles is one of the best techs to come treat your yard. He is helpful and kind. Definitely a great company.

  Romney is not one of, but the best pest control company I have ever used. I tried a different pest control company once when I moved to a new area that have commercials all over the TV. That is when I truely realized how great Romney was. Price is better and service can't be matched. With the unnamed company they had to make several repeat trips as I live near a wooded area and would often see active spiders in the house. With my last 3 years with Romney I've only seen a live spider once! I didn't even feel the need to have them come back out, (although they would have if I called), because I was confident I wouldn't see others another and didn't. They have even come out for me outside of my normal service schedule to treat without charge the day after I called because I had wasps activity outside and a young child that loves to plays outside. Prices have not gone up once. I haven't had to request the same technician even once because I'm always confident that whomever they send will be there on time, be courteous, respectful and best of all knowledgeable. I have recommended them to my neighbors and family without hesitation.

  We've been a customer of Romney for a few years now and are quite happy with the service. In particular, we would like to reserve a special mention for Charles who is always so helpful, courteous and friendly when he visits, and we're delighted to see that it's him at the door! He takes such great care in his work and was extremely thorough in his treatment, taking time to explain the reason we may be seeing some of the pests. Charles is a great representative of Romney and we really can't speak highly enough of him and his work!

  Highly responsive. Sent technician to treat for roaches, within 48 hours. Technician was very professional. He called ahead to let me know he’s on his way. He was on time. Wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean. Treated the whole house. A great service experience.

  We have been customers of Romney Pest Control for quite a few years, they have exceeded our expectations every time. Mr. Rivera is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He knows our needs before we do…any mount be gone! He knows where they are before I do. The monthly/yearly care keeps our surprises at a minimum.
