Called because I had an emergency where my window is about to fall off the hinge and come crashing down from the second floor of my house. The woman who took my information was very nice and told me a tech would call. Tech calls and says “my guys are done for the night. We’ve been out in the rain all day”. I’m not sure why I even got a call back if he was going to tell me that. Don’t bother trying to use them if you have an emergency because clearly their 24 hour emergency service isn’t actually 24 hours, nor did he seem to think my situation was an emergency. Frustrating is an understatement.

1. Wasn’t punctual, had an appointment for 8:30 am; arrived at 11:30. 2. Explained 3x that I needed a new door 3. Boarded my door and promising to replace with new door by end of week then calling the day after boarding stating they don’t repair residential doors. Board up was $320 btw for a regular apartment door. Very unsatisfactory service. Would not recommend.

We waited over a month for our window replacements. The original quote was for 2 weeks. Then the glass arrived at their shop and was dropped or somehow broken so we had to wait another 2 almost 3 weeks.We were promised a discount for the inconveniences. But we're charged full price. I then spent over a month calling almost every other day to get the discount they promised. I was finally able to reach the woman in charge today just to have her lie to me about trying to call me back multiple times and acting like I was crazy for wanting a discount after it was promised to me. I do not recommend them.

Very impressed with them. From the moment I spoke with the secatary deanna i new i didnt have to shop around anymore. She was very helpful and very friendly ! Strongly recommend them

I had a large rock thrown through my front window and called them right away as I’ve used the company before and it was great! I was pleased once again, they sent out Pedro the next morning and he took care of the job well! He was very nice and really went the extra mile to help us out!
