I like my pizza lightly cooked when thet actually get it light enough for my taste it is amazing. Still decent when they cool it regular though. Nice and friendly service too.

How lucky are we to have this great Pizza shop in Haverhill, MA! It's my go to place for family take home meals. The staff is always professional and quick with my order. I would recommend all the food served here.

I don't think the pizza had enough sauce. The amount of cheese and the crust were fine.

Looked online and saw added meatballs to pasta was $2. Went there and ordered pasta with side of meatballs. Noticed I was charged $3 for the meatballs. I looked at their menu. Nope, it said $2. I spoke to the manager on duty. She said the prices went up and their was nothing she could do about it. Sad that a dollar is worth their losing business. I've been going there since 2003. To me it's not the dollar, it's the principal of the matter.

They have great food but bad customer service i paid over 35$ for an order and they sent me the wrong thing and my kids had to go to there basketball practice and had to eat before they left so they ate some of what they sent I explained it wasn't what I had originally ordered and that my kids had eaten some of it they demanded it back or they wouldn't send what I originally bought/ordered unless I gave it back. Usually a place with good customer service would apologize and let the customer keep what the sent wrong and send what they customer originally ordered it's common sense. Not happy at all👎👎👎👎

I love this place!!! Their cheesesteak sub contends for the best in New England with super sub in Beverly, but the service here makes it a clear choice.
Quality ingredients, great prices and higsntic large subs. Make sure you order the fried ravioli 😍

The customer service is atrocious at best. I've ordered twice in two weeks. The first time, the person on the other end of the phone had no idea what was in what let alone the name of items on the menu. The second time, the food came and was not as ordered. Paninis are not actual paninis, but cold sandwiches. When calling back to ask how the "paninis" are prepared and indicate that cheese was forgotten on one of the "paninis", the person on the other end of the phone started yelling. Will not be trying this place a 3rd time.

I order from here all the time when I'm at work at the hospital. Lately it seems like they are becoming very careless. I ordered one* pizza for delivery and waited an hour and half. When I called I said, "Hello I had ordered for delivery about 2 hours ago, and was wondering what was going on" the staff member replied with "oh yeah! The driver said they couldn't find it". Seeing as me and my co-workers order from here almost every other day I found that pretty hard to believe. The pizza showed up 30 minutes later, pulled apart and dried up. I told them I wouldn't take it. The last few times I've ordered from here it has showed up late and cold and this was just where I had to draw the line.
