Went today as well as last night! Both nights great food, good company and great service! I always sit in the bar area and Joe is the best and efficient bartender/waiter! I go there because the food is good and Joe is excellent in explaining the menu, specials and wine.

We received a coupon in my email for buy one get one chicken parmigana but only for that day so we went. The food was ok. Mine was pretty burned and dry around the edges but all in all the meal was good. The service was crappy. Our waitress came by once to ask how everything was but was passing as she asked. She never brought refills even when I loudly and rudely sucked my straw to make noise. She would pass our table walking so fast that before we knew she was there; she was gone. She never asked if we wanted dessert or anything. Finally after I ate a particularly dry piece of chicken and coughed she asked if we wanted a refill. It took at least 5 minutes to bring refills. This was 4 pm in the afternoon. The place was not busy at all. No excuse! Without a coupon I won’t ever go back!

We dined in and ordered an appetizer. After our salads came and our appetizer had not we asked about it and the waiter admitted he didnt to put it in and said he would take care of it. The appetizer didn't come until half way through dinner and there was no place to put it. He charged us for it and "made up for the mistake" by buying our daughter a $1 gelato. Sorry, but that doesn't fix the problem. Food was good but we will not be returning.

Had a great experience last night (Feb 12 2018). I can't remember our servers name but she has 2 kids in their early teens and is heading to Disney very soon maybe even next week. Anyway she was fantastic. She was extremely attentive to my 2 and 4 year old. Set it up to have their food come out just a bit early so we could get their food ready. Brought everything we needed right away. And pre bussed the tables so well (which is so important when you have kids who grab at everything). Food was also great. I got the grilled chicken with angel hair and red sauce. I haven't been here in years but I'll return. Great job!!

We had a family dinner of 9 people and decided to go here as we haven't been in a while. Don't think we will return. One of our chicken parmesan dinners was completely burnt. We sent it back and while the server was waiting for it to be remade, the rest of our party went without water and ice tea refills where we had completely empty glasses. When she brought out the remade chx parm, we asked for the refills and it took her a while to bring the water and she brought one ice tea (two people had ice tea). No apologies for the burnt food other than the server saying that happens sometimes when they get busy (they were not even busy as more than half the restaurant was empty). No other acknowledgement or apology from management. No recognition or acknowledgement for our mothers birthday. Usually restaurants will offer a complimentary dessert, or at least put a candle in it. Our dessert order took excessively long. Major disappointment.

Some of the best Italian in Greater Cleveland. Innovative appetizers, rich and flavorful sauces, crisp & tart salads. The yuge wood burning oven was burning hot and getting a work out while we were there. The general manager came over at the end of our meal and we talked about the ratatouille recipe, which he deftly explained, which resulted in me switching-up my take on homemade ratatouille.

Very desapointed with the cut on the clientele dishes, the tomatoes are like invisibles, the polenta frita is simple bite , service was not very good yesterday also, we are a regular clients but I will look for another Italian place

My family had dinner at this location on Good Friday. Our server Don was awesome. His services was superb and made us feel as though we were dining at a 5 star restaurant. Our service was great, food was great and hot when it arrived to our table. He even went the extra mile to have the Chef provide a side of strawberries, which were not on the menu, for our son. We will definitely be back!

Nikita was absolutely wonderful, she was attentive and friendly, and made sure we were satisfied with every part of our meal. The food was delicious and was prepare expeditiously even though is was Valentine’s Day and they were busy! Awesome experience from start to finish!

It was just okay this time. Had to ask for a different bread as our was rock hard! Main dish was good. I got my birthday dessert to go. When I had it later that evening the teramasu was the driest I have ever had. So, so disappointing!

My eggplant parmigiano was very good, nice portion. The bread was excellent. The Ceasars salad was cold and crisp, but a little sparse.

One criticism we dud not appreciate housekeeping being done in the area that we were sitting, while we were eating our meals. Dust from sweeping the floors while food is being eaten is not very sanitary, plus the noise if moving chairs was not pleasant.

Our waiter was very attentive and prompt. When my daughter wanted something that had been removed from the menu he put in a special order for her. The food was great. I would definitely o back.
