Great place to hide out, lots of people coming and going all the time. Very busy with great customer service.
I'm currently staying the night here, and the service was great, that I couldn't wait till later to leave a review. A beautiful Latina woman behind the counter was polite, attentive, and very courteous. I didn't have to ask anything she was professional. If only customer service was like this everywhere. I'll definitely be coming back, just to see a friendly smile, and of course stay in there neat and clean rooms. No drama like most motels. Thanks again.
Rooms have a microwave and a fridge. Room air-conditioned is nice.
Water goes Hot/Cold in shower repeatedly, kinda annoying.
Has a pool.
Next to truckstop
The last time I had stayed at this hotel, there was a continental breakfast offered by the hotel to the guests who were staying there. This time, I was disappointed to find out that the hotel had changed its policies several months prior to my checking in on October 11, 2017, and the decision was made by management to no longer offer continental breakfast to its guests. In addition, during my stay in the room, I was sorting through my paperwork and using a shredder to shred any papers that I did not need. In the midst of doing this, I noticed that the outlet that I plugged the shredder into was no longer supplying power to the shredder. I then plugged the shredder into a different outlet, which seemed to work temporarily. However, that outlet also stopped supplying power to the shredder. I then went around the whole room trying to find an outlet that would supply power to the shredder. At that point, there was only one outlet that still supplied power to the shredder. However, that was short lived. I was disappointed that I did not get an opportunity to shred all of the papers that I had intended to shred. Other than those two issues, my stay at the Rodeway Inn has been pretty consistent. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel has remained pretty consistent with the price it charges for its rooms. The room was clean. When I had to run errands in the morning, I was supposed to have checked out of the hotel. The staff accommodated me by allowing me to check out over the phone, and e-mailed to me my final bill/receipt, so I did not have to make an extra trip back to the hotel to return my key card. The staff was also kind enough to provide me with a paper receipt.
Got my hopes and dreams up with signs of free breakfast on google maps, price line and their sign. But no breakfast at all. Good place. Location and staff. But false advertisement on breakfast.
Simple, cheap, no frills. Does NOT offer any type of breakfast. It's advertised that they offer breakfast, even on the sign. Called the front desk to ask. Not even a continental. Don't advertise something you don't offer.
Next door to truck stop. AC is cool. Pool is nice. TV is better than none. Internet is weak.
Price is good.
I will stay here again.
I am a trucker.
THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING DON'T STAY HERE ITS NOT CLEAN AND SMELLS BAD. CARPET WAS SO BAD I WAS AFRAID TO PULL BLANKET BACK TO VIEW THE SHEETS WE SLEPT ON TOP OF COMFORTER AND DIDNT GET GOOD SLEEP AT ALL I COULDNT WAIT TIL MORNING HIT SO I COULD CHECK OUT! NEVER AGAIN! WISHE THERE WAS A ZERO STAR IR A MINUS STAR RATING MY ONE STAR WAS NOT BY CHOICE.
This hotel is great the tv is small but they have HBO and a pool and hot tub and it's not in a bad area. There is a train track right next to it but I don't mind it.
It's cheap and it feels like it. Old, kind of gross rooms, holes in some sheets, food still in microwave, etc. Location is super close to the airport which is a plus. Service seems okay, not bad.
Nice appearance on outside. Rooms are lil dated. AC didn't work well. TV was an older oversized box television. Breakfast was continental.
Nothing great or special but not horrible. Cheapest hotel in the area. Right next to a truck stop. First room I had the ac didn't work but they put me in another one. Bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly. Bathroom was different.
