Rod's has always treated me more than fairly and have done great work for me. It seems like they always charge less than I expected to pay and don't try to talk me into getting any work done that isn't necessary. Great local shop with friendly and helpful staff.

Improperly repaired my tire with a plug that is actually illegal in Massachusetts where I had even coming from. The tire still leaked and because of the poor plug job I ended up having to replace the whole tire. The place is also shady as hell.

Always polite. Always speedy. NOT just out to make a quick buck. They do their best to provide excellent quality for your $$. I have been going to them for about 6 months. Every repair has either been below their estimate, or has included extras at no cost. Very happy with their service and will continue to go there for as long as I live in the area. I have never had to wait more than a few days from the day I call to the day it is serviced, no matter the size of the repair. If I call on a Friday to schedule, I have an appointment on the following Monday or Tuesday to have it in the shop. They do everything they can to not only do the work as efficiently and cost effectively for you as they can. I have recommended this place to others I know, with total confidence that they will be treated in the same manner I have been!
