Really flavorful pad Thai, black bean sauce, and curries. Friend loves their Tom Yum soup. At the register, if you order a vegetarian dish they often ask whether you care about fish sauce, which is excellent service and attention.
One of my favorite places to get Thai food. Staff is nice too. Can be difficult to get a seat inside sometimes because it's crowded and small, but there are tables outside.
Very yummy place for lunch! Most cost-effective in this bleeding expensive area! Personal favorites: pineapple fried rice (with chicken and shrimp), Drunkard noodle with tofu (spicy), and Tom yum noodle soup with shrimp (very spicy)
Every dish I have had is excellent. Love the outdoor picnic tables.
Super friendly staff, delicious dishes, and quickly prepared dishes make for a wonderful experience.
Probably my favorite Thai in MA after an extensive 6-year search. Great variety of dishes and their papaya salad is out of this world good. I am still trying to imitate its depth of flavor at home! And tom kha gai! My only quibble is I'd like a little more meat in the dishes where it is a prominent element, and failing that more veg instead of starch. Otherwise the ingredient quality and tastiness is on point. Nursing a very content food baby of "Thai hot" proportions. Outstanding. Inexpensive and prompt delivery. I am so glad they have re-expanded their delivery area to include our home again!!
I love this place! Super delicious, great price! A heads up, they are cash only. They have an atm, but best to come prepared if you want to avoid the transaction fee.
It's a little hard to miss with the massive lines at El Pelon next door, but Rod-Dee 2 is an excellent spot for anyone interested in authentic Thai cuisine. Good food an reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning!
Love the Indonesian fried rice with chicken!!!
Portions and price are great for the flavor and overall quality. During the warmer months is great to sit outside on the benches.
Great food. Cash only place. Some outdoor seating. Great in the summer. If you want to get away from all the new construction and new restaurants, this is a good place. The business around there is what is left from the old Fenway neighborhood.
Indonesian Fried rice is the best value dish in Boston. ~$10 for one of the best meals you can have here. Cash only but everybody who works there is so nice. On a sunny weekend day it is crowded but outside seating is plenty.
Authentic, delicious northern Thai cuisine at a reasonable price. The small seating area fills up quickly during the lunch rush. Be aware it is cash payment only; there is an ATM on site with a fee.
