Went for a conference, there was a lot if construction but our conference was held in the grand ballroom away and did not hinder our experience. Clean, attentive staff, and overall nice facility

Nice place with very friendly staff. Clean and affordable for the location just above downtown area. Some good views of the Vally, but only from a few rooms. Asked for a view and they switched me right over!

Very nice hotel. Room was pretty good, better than others we stayed at during our trip. Pool and hot tub were great. I really liked the recreation area and that the pool was indoor. Hotel is in a great location, close drive to all the attractions we were wanting to visit. The breakfast buffet was okay, not worth $12 though.

Stayed here after booking on a travel website last minute. It was not the greatest of experiences. Check in was slow with gal behind the front desk who did not seem interested in working. The exterior entrance at the end of the hotel had an electronic lock that was exposed so it could probably be opened easily. The building really had a run down feel to it. There was a vent in our bathroom that was filled with dust bunnies. The worst part was our shower had some random hairs in it.

The bed slept fine and the air worked which is why I'm still giving it two stars.

We arrived at Rocky Mountain in for a overnight stay while we did the Stanley Hotel Ghost Tour. Check in was a breeze and the staff were pretty friendly. When we got to our room, that was a completely different story. We walked into a mess from previous guests that had not been cleaned up, in other words, the cleaning staff never even touched the room. We called down to the front desk and told them what was going on. They apologized and told us they would bring up new cards to a different room right away. It took them about 15 minutes to get new cards up to us. We entered the room at it's a bit outdated. The flooring needs work and the bathroom is again, outdated. The bed was pretty comfy but the pillows I think were put there for children. The pillow were small and square, not as comfortable as I hoped. Overall, the stay was okay, I probably wouldn't come back until things have been updated.
