Small, quiet, quaint park with large, grassy, shady sites on a bluff overlooking the Keweenaw Bay. Neat, clean, peaceful, almost no road noise. View of the lighthouse across the water. Great sunsets. Well-maintained shower/restrooms. Beautiful drive up the peninsula. No frills and inexpensive. Could not ask for a better camping experience.

Clean and cozy. Quiet! Beautiful gazebo and fire pit on lake superior! Great place to watch 4th of July fireworks!

Great campground for the kids, great views of Lake Superior, and close proximity to local beaches. Would definitely stay again.

Zero children meant zero screaming parents! Imagine that. Made the view and overall experience, the best camping I've ever had.
The camp manager is amazing and so kind. The grounds are so clean and the grass is bliss to walk barefoot in, very well kept. I don't want to leave!response / report this review -

Beautiful views, plenty of fun. Just wish they'd ban smoking at the kids area. Most adults are respectful, some aren't.

Peaceful, well maintained municipal campground with bluff view of Lake Superior. A gazebo and small dock at water level is available to park guests. There are hiking trails as well. The town of L`Anse is a short bike ride away along the shore road.
