Very bad service. I went with my family to have a great time and I felt discriminated by the people there in the welcome center. They told me that I needed to speak English in order to attend the presentation and If I didn’t understand they will kick me out. If you’re Hispanic/latinx community I warn you do not go. They make you feel as if you shouldn’t be in this country. The lady’s that attended me at the welcome center said “I don’t want to make you guys feel as if I’m discriminating y’all” what??? You clearly are. Basically I would never go back to this resort. I told the lady’s what if I cancelled my vacation everything and they said that we would need to pay almost $800 literally makes no sense. I’m literally leaving and I’m not attending the hotel nor staying for the night I’m just simply leaving even tho I already payed for this vacation. Also one of the lady’s said that they wished they had people to translate for Hispanic families but unfortunately Wisconsin dells doesn’t do that. If you guys want more people to attend to your water parks they you guys should accept any ethnicity/race. overall I do not recommend this resort at all.

I'm an owner at Bluegreen. I've always loved visiting the Odyssey, until the last 2 trips. The cleanliness of the unit and the condition of the furniture was a bit disappointing.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We get great suggestions from the concierge regarding places to visit. I found some great thrift stores and did some rock mining.
If we had issues in the unit, maintenance was able to take care of it immediately. We did have some issues at first. The air of the unit was stuffy.
We just opened the windows and aired out the room. Guests always come and go to the water parks, so the rugs hold moisture. Opening windows and running fans remedies that.
The sofabed was very rough and bumpy. When we opened the sofa, the bed was broken and the mattress was a disgrace. The fabric on the kitchen chair tops were visibly worn and dirty.
All of this can be taken care of, but as an owner, I want to see guests experience the same thing. One suggestion is to air out the rooms and do a once-a-month deep cleaning of the fabric furniture and rugs.
Bluegreen Odyssey is a great place to stay when visiting Wisconsin Dells. It's great to be in the center of all the action. Have a great day!response / report this review -
