Took my 2010 GMC. TERRAIN IN AT 4PM ON FRIDAY JUNE 30 FOR A OIL CHANGE
AT ROCHESTER. SINCE I PURCHASED THE VECHICLE FROM THEM. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME MY OIL CHANGES AS LONG AS I OWN THE VEHICLE. SUCH A WONDERFUL. DEALERSHIP. AND PERSONAL.. I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE.

Extremely disappointed in Rochester Ford Lincoln Service. We were traveling south with a 30 ft travel trailer and our 2012 F150 started experiencing problems. We pulled off the road and found Rochester Ford Lincoln was only 2 miles from us. My husband caled them and they refused to let us bring the truck in. "they are too busy" was their excuse. They told us to try and find another one further south. They just deserted us!!! They didn't even give us an idea of where to go. "we don't know" was their answer. We ended up having to drive (at very very low speed) 20 miles down the highway to Bob Schwartz Ford in Peru and THEY were fabulous. They took us right in, and had us up and running in less than 25 minutes. I would suggest driving the extra 20 miles to a dealership that has a good service department. We would NEVER recommend Rochester Ford Lincoln in Rochester IN.

Me and my Uncle went up there today, to look at your used lot, couldn't remember where the lot was? And the Dealership, thinking about getting ready to sell my Ford Explorer XLT Leather interior 58965 miles new tires and brakes all done good deal for some one interested in ford.
