  I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire staff at the Robby Rowan State Farm Agency. They are very professional when taking care of their customers and guiding them through the process of insurance claims. As someone who deals with insurance claims daily in the roofing business, I would highly recommend their agency and the customer service their staff provides.

  Robby Rowan is the worst human being I have ever met in my life. I was promised a position with his company once I completed my Property & Casualty certification and after 4 weeks of intense studying and passing the certification, I let him know, but was sent an email response saying he decided to go with someone else who “had experience in the insurance business”, even though he knew from the beginning I had no experience. The worst part was, he had interviewed the guy he hired at the same time he interviewed me but instead of just hiring him at that time, he led me on for 4 weeks to believe I had the job. Robby Rowan has no class, he is good-for-nothing, and unprofessional “businessman” I’ve ever encountered. He completely reneged on a verbal and written agreement he had given me of an offer of employment and I think he is nothing but a coward and liar. He made racist remarks about another candidate he interviewed during my 2nd interview, which offended me after the discussion of my email signature quoting Martin Luther King, Jr., of which he said reminded him of Christ. I still can’t fathom how someone can use the word Christ in one sentence and then make a racist remark in the next. This man does not deserve anyone’s business, especially if people knew who he really was.

  Robbie and his team are amazing. I had a complex commercial insurance requirement that was constantly evolving. They were prompt, professional, and went the extra mile on a daily basis. When I wasn't able to talk to Robbie directly, (which was rarely) Adam took care of everything. I wish they had an option with more stars. Thanks State Farm!

  I am treated great by Mr. Rowan, along with his staff via Chris and Laura. They are so patient, kind, professional and in their willingness to help give my family the best possible coverage, along with helping us stay within budget, too. They are conveniently located, also. Thank you for all your help, attention to detail, patience, knowledge, and sincere kindness. I will continue to do business with Robby Rowan-State Farm, along with continuing to recommend their agency and services to others.
