  I was in an accident Jan 2022 I was referred to The law office by a friend….a year later I still have no results, he has taken 2 vacations , had Covid twice and a representative from the office told me it was taking longer because it was not a high profile case…meaning there wasn’t a big enough settlement for them to move any faster. Communication is horrible within the year they have never initiated a conversation via phone or anything. Would not recommend

  I was in an accident where I was hit from behind while stopped. I was referred to Emanuel Pasternack of the Barry Pasternack Law firm by a friend who had a very good experience with him. I can honestly say you won’t find a better Laywer or firm. They were quick, commutative, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, listened and most importantly they truly care for their clients. While in this process a friend was also in an accident and had a lawyer they were uncomfortable with I told them to call Emanuel and think about switching to his firm. A few days later they had told me they had moved from their old lawyer to Emanuel and was now more at-eased with the process. I would refer anyone and everyone to them.

  Barry and his team are amazing. Barry sent me immediately to get treatment after my car accidents. He also got me a very good settlement. It was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend him to anyone who has experienced injuries from a car accident.
