Robbie Roberson Ford takes good care of their customers. It doesn't matter that your car may be a year old or in my case older, the salesmen will still help you. To me, that is what I call good service. I will continue to use this business.

Poor customer service! Took my Navigator in for an oil change and tire rotation. While speaking with the first service advisor about other questions I had about my vehicle, he walked away before I was finished. Second service advisor was friendly. Picked up vehicle, and paperwork showed that the tires were rotated, when in fact they were not! Makes me wonder if the oil was even changed! Had them adjust the paperwork showing that the tires in fact were not rotated as original papers showed.

Lyn Wooten and Robbie Roberson have been very helpful with the finance options and rebates on the new vehicles in excess of 90k in vehicles.
