  I was able to easily make a service appointment online. When I arrived, the staff was courteous and I was attended to promptly. The service attendant reviewed the details of my car and pointed out the service waiting area where coffee and snacks were available. My car was ready in less than hour.

  I drove an hour and a half to the dealership, waited about 20 mins for them to figure out what happened to the car I was scheduled to see; only for them to tell me it was just sold an hour ago (which I am not buying) and even if so failed to notify me beforehand that it was indeed sold(but went out of their way to see if it was available in the more expensive model) . I then had to drive 2 hours back home in prime rush hour traffic. So I would say they failed to make my experience at Riverhead Buick/GMC satisfactory like the sales manager said he would. I see in the reviews below somebody else had a similar problem as well

  Stopped by the dealership more than once. Had a difficult time getting helpmuch less putting together a deal. Finally got quoted a price. It was significantly higher than two other dealerships quoted for a similar vehicle. I didn't find the salesman (Mark) very professional, either. One visit? Maybe they were having a bad day. But several visits? I never had to work so hard trying to spend money. For the price of the product, there's room for improvement in how they handle customers.

  Absolutely the worst hands down. The mechanics here will ruin your car, like they did mine. and they charge you for things they don't do, I was charged for a new actuator and had to replace it 2 months later, I brought my car somewhere else this time and after showing them the service receipt to show what had been replaced they told me none of my actuators had been replaced. On top of that I never could figure out how Gacel river head took 7 hours of labor to install this. When the new mechanic did it in 20 minutes! Crooks. Beware, and please think twice before ending up in my shoes from this aweful dealership!!!

  I'm a believer in good credit being given when deserved. Riverhead Buick GMC is a definite on this. I had my first car buying experience through a dealership there a month ago. first day I started looking I wound up leaving with signed paperwork for my dream car. and NOT because of pushy salesmen!! actually because the complete opposite. Everyone there is so friendly and honest. I told them what I was looking for and they found exactly what I requested, and didn't try and "upsell" me in any way. I got an amazing deal on a vehicle with extremely low miles, well maintained AND A 5 YEAR WARRANTY! Best of all the process was made so easy. With help from Bob in sales, and Prescott in financing, they made my entire buying experience so easy and enjoyable. my husband and I will always go to them going forward for vehicles because they're trustworthy. Every person there is a pleasure to speak with. Hard to find these days!!! thank you all at riverhead Buick GMC :) We are glad to give your our business. - Kenn & Erica

  If you're trying to avoid the stigma that has plagued car dealerships over the last hundred years visit GMC of Riverhead. This dealership has stepped into the future and has welcomed all customers in including myself that even if you hadn't purchased a vehicle that they took very good care of me. Steve the service writer is a very nice person who went out of his way to help me and do the right thing. When I felt like all was lost and was ready to give up on GM Riverhead GMC has restored my faith in the company thank you again Riverhead GMC.

  After looking for a new vehicle for 3 weeks and after many frustrating dealerships, Mark at Riverhead Buick GMC got me into a nice new car at the price I was looking to spend. The process was very easy and Michael the Business Manager was so pleasant and got me a great warranty! I am so happy I went to them! They are friendly and they treat you like a true valued customer! Thanks Riverhead Buick GMC!!
