  I lived at River Walk for a year and really enjoyed my time there. My apartment was clean and in good shape when I moved in. I only had two minor maintenance requests to un-jam my garbage disposal during my time living there. Nothing major went wrong. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only reason I decided to move was to save some money by sharing a house with some friends. I would live at River Walk again and would gladly refer others there as well!

  Rachel, Sydney and staffs are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The apartments are well maintained, and service requests are always resolved quickly. Plus, there is a great park within a walking distance. Happy to stay here.

  Perfect place to live! Five stars definitely! Staff are professional and friendly. They know you by name.
  Rent is fair. They will give you a discount if you are a Purdue student.
  Unit is in a good condition. The community is very clean. Neighbors are nice. Pet friendly. Now I am relocating to another city. Hope I can find a place as good as River Walk.

  My wife and I lived here for three years and we were so sad to leave here after graudation. We had a two bed room in deluxe style. The maintenance was very timely and the staff at leasing office were always very kind and friendly. The apartment always hosted fun parties and events for special occasions (e.g., halloween, thanksgiving), and it made us feel so warm living there. We also liked that the apartment has its own newsletter that gave us useful information about cooking and hobbies. Definitely recommend it for those looking for a nice home for a small family!

  Overall a great place to live. All the staff is very nice and helpful. I one day called maintenance on an issue and they were there working on it less than 30 minutes later. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an off campus place to live.
